Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate which uses a resin sheet containing a styrene resin, can advance light incident from a side end surface in the farther distance, and can effectively suppress a possibility of luminance unevenness to occur to a light-emitting surface.SOLUTION: A light guide plate 1 having a light receiving surface 21 and a light-emitting surface 22 on a side end surface side of a resin sheet 2 is provided with the resin sheet 2 which has: a light guide layer 3 that has a side end surface 3a of the light receiving surface 21 and can advance incident light in the direction away from the side end surface 3a; and a back surface layer 4 which is laminated on the surface facing opposite to the light-emitting surface 22 side of right and back surfaces of the light guide layer 3 and is provided with reflection means 8. In the resin sheet 2, at least the light guide layer 3 contains a styrene resin, and a value of an average composition ratio of a styrene with respect to polymer molecules composing the light guide layer 3 is larger than a value of an average composition ratio with respect to polymer molecules composing a resin that forms the back surface layer 4.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food container capable of being molded with a smaller amount of material to contribute to resource saving and weight reduction and securing heat retaining properties of the container without crushing nonwoven fabric, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A food container and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The food container includes: a lamination label 2 having at least nonwoven fabric and a resin-made protective film layer disposed on front and rear both surfaces of the nonwoven fabric; and a resin-made container body 3 molded by injection molding. The lamination film 2 and the container body 3 are integrally molded by the injection molding, and a barrel part 38 of the container body 3 has a plurality of strip-like rib structures 31.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorbing sheet prevented from losing shape with a simple method.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the shock absorbing sheet formed by laminating a first elastic member made of an elastomer, a design sheet, and a second elastic member made of an elastomer and having a hardness lower than the first elastic member, in this order, includes a first molding step of molding the first elastic member, and a second molding step of molding the second elastic member after molding the first elastic member.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment liquid for an article to be treated, which greatly improves the adhesiveness of a formed film to the article almost without being affected by the quality of a material of the article; a surface treatment method for the article with the use of the surface treatment liquid; and a surface-treated article by the surface treatment method. SOLUTION: The surface treatment liquid includes aluminum sec-butyrate dissolved in a lower alcohol with a branched chain such as isopropanol and sec-butanol. The surface treatment method comprises the steps of: immersing the article in the surface treatment liquid; washing the article with the same lower alcohol with the branched chain or another lower alcohol; and drying the article. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flap type fixing tool which can easily perform fine adjustment in an operation method for fixing the cranial bone flaps at the prescribed position of a cranial bone craniotomy part.SOLUTION: The fixing tool for cranial bone includes: an inner flap 10 placed so as to stride over the cranial bone flaps and a cranial bone craniotomy part edge on the inner face side of the cranial bone; an outer flap 20 placed so as to stride over the cranial bone flaps and the cranial bone craniotomy part edge on the cranial bone outer face side; a shaft 30 penetrating the inner flap 10 and the outer flap 20; and a movable tube body 40 which moves along the shaft 30 when pressed with a finger but stops when not pressed. On one end of the shaft 30, there is an inside stopper 31 and a movement in a direction to the inside the head part of the inner flap 10 is stopped. By pressing the tube body 40, a position in the shaft 30 of the outer flap 20 is finely adjusted, is fixed temporarily, and then, is cut at the contact point of the outer flap 20 and the movable tube body 40. The cranial bone flaps are finally fixed by an outside stopper for stopping the movement of the outer flap 20 with respect to the shaft 30.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of extracting and cleaning a metal wire film reducing and stabilizing electric resistance of a metal wire of copper or the like and improving reliability of the metal wire of copper or the like, a metal wire subjected to an extracting/cleaning process, and a device having the same; and to provide a method of extracting and cleaning a metal wire film capable of removing impurities taken in a wire or a device constituting material in a process of forming a wire structure, and preventing increase of a specific resistance value of the wiring film to improve reliability, a metal wire subjected to an extracting/cleaning process, and a device having the same. SOLUTION: In the method of extracting and cleaning the metal wire film, a metal wire film formed on a semiconductor wafer by a plating method or a vapor-phase deposition method is processed by being exposed for a certain period in carbon dioxide or an inert gas or fluid at high pressure relative to ordinary pressure.
