Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold label which can be neatly stuck even when used for a container having level differences, without causing defects such as wrinkles. SOLUTION: The in-mold label has a continuous area 2 having a continuous material in the circumferential direction of a container to which the label is attached, and a discontinuous area 3 wherein the portions with the material and without the material appear alternately in the circumferential direction. The continuous area 2 and the discontinuous area 3 are integrally formed on both sides of a boundary part 4 linearly specified in the circumferential direction, and the boundary part 4 or the discontinuous area 3 is disposed on the level difference 51 on a side body 5 of the container. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid packaging container by which a stably extended fluid passage is secured without the need of additional machining. SOLUTION: While forming a tapered spouting guide way inclined gently along the side sealing edge and the upper sealing edge of the one side directed toward a securely angular section from the fluid holding section of a bag body, a stepped curved section narrowed down to the inside of the bag body is formed near the base of the spouting guide way at the upper sealing edge by using a substantially square bag body which seals a peripheral edge by arranging the fluid holding section between the synthetic resin flexibility sheets of the front/the back, and when the spouting guide way of the bag body is formed downward, a restorable elastic dimple is formed which goes to the inside of the base material of a bag body sheet from a stepped curved section by the flexibility of the base material of the bag body sheet and the dead load of fluid flowing down in the downward direction, the spouting guide way is composed so that it may be extended to both front/back sides by elastic deformation caused by the elastic dimple. It is preferable that the front and back sheets of the bag body are synthetic resin flexibility sheets of 100 to 250 μm in thickness composed of a laminated film in which aluminum foil is intervened among a single layer or multilayer films, or these multilayer films such as a synthetic resin material. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material capable of being opened and closed many times, having a shape-keeping function, restorability and the like to maintain an open state and a closed state and capable of being operated even with a single hand, and to provide a packaging vessel having the lid material and self-standing ability.SOLUTION: The lid material for packaging the food has a margin 11 fixed to the outer circumferential margin of an opening of a food preservation vessel 2, an opening 12 that can be opened and closed of the area surrounded by the margin, a seal part 13 of the area surrounded by the margin 11, and a boundary 14 forming a boundary between the opening 12 and the seal part 13. At least a part of the boundary 14 is curved so as to protrude to either one area of the opening 12 and the seal part 13 from the margin to the center, and is formed in either one shape of a level difference part, a groove-like recess and a ridge-like protrusion. The vessel has the lid material.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material which is closed and opened repeatedly, is easily sealed since the lid material has a shape-retaining function, restoration and the like, and is operated with a single hand, and to provide a packaging vessel including the lid material and having a self-standing property. SOLUTION: The lid material for packaging the food has an adhesion part 11 for adhering to the outer circumferential margin of an opening of a food preservation vessel, and recesses 12a and 12b at least in part, each being recessed from the adhesion surface of the adhesion part 11 in the direction to the inside of the food preservation vessel. A three-dimensional shape is formed at least in the opening area by the adhesion part and the recesses 12a and 12b. An uneven structure having one or two or more protrusions 13 is formed on the recesses 12a and 12b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food container capable of being molded with a smaller amount of material to contribute to resource saving and weight reduction and securing heat retaining properties of the container without crushing nonwoven fabric, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A food container and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The food container includes: a lamination label 2 having at least nonwoven fabric and a resin-made protective film layer disposed on front and rear both surfaces of the nonwoven fabric; and a resin-made container body 3 molded by injection molding. The lamination film 2 and the container body 3 are integrally molded by the injection molding, and a barrel part 38 of the container body 3 has a plurality of strip-like rib structures 31.
