The biomarker can be used for a kit for testing sensitive skin and a method for screening an agent for alleviating irritation. The test kit includes: a polynucleotide of a TNFRSF19 gene, one or more polynucleotides which are fragments of the polynucleotide of the TNFRSF19 gene and include 10 or more serial nucleotides, or a polynucleotide complementary to the polynucleotide stated earlier and fragments thereof; and a solid scaffold having the surface on which the polynucleotides are bound.

본 발명은 서열번호: 1의 염기서열 중에서 선택된 활성 부위를 포함하는 프로모터; 상기 프로모터 및 리포터 유전자를 포함하는 벡터; 상기 벡터를 포함하는, 지방분해를 촉진하는 후보물질을 검색하기 위한 키트; 및 상기 벡터를 이용하여 지방분해를 촉진하는 후보물질을 검색하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공되는 프로모터는 퍼록시좀 증식인자-활성화 수용체-감마(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma, PPAR-γ)와 결합하여 멜라노코르틴 2 수용체 부속 단백질(melanocortin 2 receptor accessory protein, Mrap) 유전자의 발현을 증진시켜 부신피질자극 호르몬(Adrenocorticotropic hormone, ACTH)에 의한 지방 분해를 촉진하기 때문에, 상기 프로모터를 적절한 리포터 유전자와 융합시킨 벡터를 이용하면 지방 분해를 촉진하는 후보물질을 효과적으로 검색할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 얻어진 후보물질은 Mrap 유전자의 발현을 증진시켜 ACTH에 의한 지방 분해를 촉진하여, 비만 관련 질환을 치료 및 예방할 수 있다.

The composition containing LY294002 for skin whitening reduces the generation of melanin, suppresses the activity of tyrosinase, and reduces the expression of genes and protein related to the generation of melanin for whitening the skin.
