Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing reduced graphene oxide doped with nitrogen, phosphorus or sulfur by using ionic liquid including positive ions containing nitrogen, phosphorus or sulfur; and to reduced graphene oxide doped with nitrogen, phosphorus or sulfur that is manufactured thereby. The reduced graphene oxide doped with nitrogen, phosphorus or sulfur has reactivity and electrocatalytic characteristics improved by using environment-friendly ionic liquid. The method for manufacturing reduced graphene oxide doped with nitrogen, phosphorus or sulfur comprises the steps of: forming a partially reduced graphene oxide (PrGO) intermediate containing nitrogen, phosphorus or sulfur by mixing a solution including ionic liquid including positive ions containing nitrogen, phosphorus or sulfur, with a solution including graphene oxide; and forming reduced graphene oxide doped with nitrogen, phosphorus or sulfur by annealing the partially reduced graphene oxide intermediate.

본원은, 폐그래파이트를 이용한 그래핀 산화물의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로, 그래파이트 및 금속을 포함하는 분말을 소결하고; 상기 소결된 분말을 산처리 및 전기 분해한 후, 폐그래파이트를 분리하고; 상기 분리된 폐그래파이트를 산처리하고; 및, 상기 산처리된 폐그래파이트를 산화제와 반응시켜 그래핀 산화물을 수득하는 것을 포함하는, 폐그래파이트를 이용한 그래핀 산화물의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing graphene oxide using waste graphite, which specifically, comprises the steps of sintering graphite and powder including metal; separating waste graphite after the sintered powder is processed with acidification and electrolysis; manufacturing oxide by adding acid and an oxidizing agent to the waste graphite; and obtaining graphene oxide via heat processing.

PURPOSE: A composite including a zerovalent metal and a metal oxide of the zerovalent metal, a manufacturing method thereof, a pollutant removing composition including the same, and a pollutant removing method using the same are provided to be well dispersed in water or in an organic solvent, to easily attach to a pollutant including a heavy metal, an inorganic pollutant, an organic pollutant and a microorganism, and to be stable in air. CONSTITUTION: A composite includes a metallic component supported by graphene(100), and the metallic component includes a zerovalent metal(140), a metal oxide of the zerovalent metal, or a mixture of the zerovalent metal and the metal oxide of the zerovalent metal. The zerovalent metal is selected among Fe, Pd, Pt, Au, Ru, Ir, Rd, Ti, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cr, V, Al, Sn, In, Ce, Mo, Ag, Se, Te, Y, Eu, Nb, Sm, Nd, Ga and Gd, or their combinations. The graphene includes a reduced graphene oxide. The composite is porous. The weight ratio of the zerovalent metal and the metal oxide of the zerovalent metal is 1:1 to 1:5. The graphene includes multiple graphene layers, and the metallic component is inserted between the graphene layers or is supported by the surface of the graphene layer.

본 발명은 신규한 그래핀옥사이드 환원제 및 이를 사용하여 그래핀옥사이드로부터 환원그래핀옥사이드를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 본 발명에서는 할로겐 원소가 포함된 환원제를 사용하여 그래핀옥사이드를 환원시켜 환원그래핀옥사이드를 제조하는 것으로, 이는 전도체, 반전도체 및 절연체로 다양한 분야에 응용 가능하다.
