Abstract: PURPOSE: A route management apparatus of the power use amount base, a method thereof, and a communications device are provided to consider the power use amount with a new metric for the traffic engineering. CONSTITUTION: A connection control module(120) controls the connection between a destination device and a source device among communications devices by using the routing information. A path management module(110) decides the routing information based on the power use amount information of the communications devices. The route management module comprises traffic engineering information collecting part, and a traffic engineering database, and a route calculating part. The traffic engineering database stores the power use amount information. The route calculating part decides the routing information by using the traffic engineering database.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for efficiently managing power of a server cluster is provided to reduce the driving period of the server cluster by the load or the traffic. Abstract: PURPOSE: A flow QoS Ethernet switch and a flow QoS processing method by the same are provided to guarantee the quality of the IP service with a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A packet switch(120) performs the switching of an Ethernet layer. A plurality of flow QoS line cards(110) provides the QoS function about the IP flow passing through the packet switch. Abstract: An apparatus and a method thereof for automatically securing flow data about the traffic causing alarm generation are provided to operate alarm generation in case that a result corresponds to the alarm generation. A flow data receiver receives flow data from a network device for being prepared on the communications network. If the result of a flow data analysis is under the emergency signal conditions, a flow data analysis/control unit(105) controls an alarm generator(109) and the emergency signal is generated. Abstract: A network node simulation apparatus for testing the network integrating control performance and a method thereof are provided to reduce the risk following upon the development by using a virtual node simulation equipment. An interface unit(310) transmits and receives data to and from an SNMP management equipment. A data loading unit(330) loads data converted in the SNMP management equipment by referring to virtual management object information stored in a virtual management object database. Abstract: A method and system for processing billing based on QoS(Quality of Service) are provided to provide a service to a user at a relatively low cost while maintaining QoS. Terminals(110a,110b) perform a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) service using the Internet based on an SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) and measure QoS of the VoIP service during call communication with another party. When the call communication with another party is completed, the terminals include the measurement result of the QoS in a session protocol termination message and transmit the same. A signaling server(120) relays signaling for call connection of the terminals, receives the measurement result of QoS from the terminals when the call communication is completed, sets billing information of each call, reflects the received QoS measurement result in corresponding billing information(130), and performs billing.
