Disclosed are a method for managing multi-level problems using a problem suspicious state in a multi-level optical transmission system and a device thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for managing multi-level problems comprises the steps of defining a problem suspicious state with a risk of problems; and changing the problem states of remaining brother devices into problem suspicious states to stop the admission of quality assurance services until suspicion of problems is resolved if a device with a problem has a lower class device and a problem occurs or is suspected in brother devices associated with the lower class device.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for controlling a distribution in a smart grid are provided to automatically produce a distribution node in a path by using a hierarchical identifier structure to automatically grasp a distribution path from a production node and a demand node. CONSTITUTION: A first extracting unit(501) receives power request from a demand node. The first extracting unit extracts a production node by using a hierarchical identifier of the production node. A second extracting unit(502) extracts a distribution node in the distribution path by using a hierarchical identifier of the demand node. A control unit(503) controls the distribution node in the distribution path from the production node to the demand node by using the hierarchical identifier of the distribution node in the distribution path extracted by the second extracting unit.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A sensor node operation method is provided to prevent routing information from being propagated to an entire sensor field. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of clusters are formed by grouping neighborly-located sensor nodes(S100). A sensor node, which is the nearest to the center region of a cluster and has remaining energy, is selected as the head node of each cluster(S200). When the head node is successfully selected, all data packets are forwarded through the head node(S300). When a head node reselection period comes around after predetermined time, a new head node is selected after updating the location information of each sensor node to the most up-to-date information(S400).
