Abstract:
A remote controller with a wireless telephone capable of a video call for changing a mode by using a sensor and a using method thereof are provided to associate the remote controller with a wireless telephone with a TV, thereby chatting with a partner through both voice and video. A/V(Audio/Video) input modules(134,138) receive A/V data from a user for a video call. A WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) module(140) wirelessly transmits and receives the A/V data to transmit the A/V data to an AP(Access Point). The WLAN module receives the A/V data from a counterpart AP. An infrared transmitting module(136) transmits an infrared signal for TV control. A sensor module(132) performs conversion to a phone or remote controller mode according to sensor data.
Abstract:
A method and a system for remotely controlling a digital device are provided to remotely select and control a digital device with an discriminated digital display device by an instinctive instruction. Digital devices(102,104) display an ID code by using a 2D infrared image. When network connection information including the ID code is received from a remote control device(100), the digital device transmits the network connection information to the remote control device. When it is connected to the remote control device, the digital device transmits a control code to the remote control device. When a control command using the control code is received from the remote control device, the digital device performs control according to the control command.

A network system operated by a download type OS and an operation method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily upgrade a software environment of a plurality of systems, and enable a user to conveniently use the latest software by applying to various small network-based embedded system such as wearable computing. A gateway(110) stores information to be downloaded and transmits the latest software among the stored information by receiving system information if a download request is received. Each wired/wireless network terminal(120,130) downloads and executes the latest software corresponding to the system information by requesting download from the gateway and transmitting the system information required for downloading the latest software. A remote server(140) provides new version update information to the gateway. The gateway checks a new version, updates the latest software by downloading the new version update information if the new version is present, and transmits the updated software to the wired/wireless network terminal.

본 발명은 한글 입력 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 좌측 세로측(ㅣ)과 좌측 경사획이 배치되어 있는 좌측획 키입력부; 높은 가로획(ㅡ)이 배치되어 있는 상부획 키입력부; 우측 세로획(ㅣ)과 우측 경사획이 배치되어 있는 우측획 키입력부; 낮은 가로획(ㅡ)이 배치되어 있는 하부획 키입력부; 모음의 점획(.)이 배치되어 있는 특수획 키입력부; 및 한글의 자음 및 모음이 형상화된 모양에 의해 상기 좌측획 키입력부, 상부획 키입력부, 우측획 키입력부, 하부획 키입력부 및 특수획 키입력부로부터 순차적으로 입력되는 키입력 신호와 키입력 신호의 길이에 따라 할당된 데이터를 기초로 문자를 조합하여 완성하는 문자편집부;로 구성된다. 따라서, 한글 문자를 입력함에 있어 펜으로 한 획씩 쓰듯이 획을 나타내는 버튼을 눌러 입력하는 직관적인 획 조합방법을 사용하기 때문에 배우기 쉽고 사용하기 용이한 장점이 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for downloading a program of a bootloader for a UIA(Universal Information Appliance) system and supporting NFS(Network File System) development environment is provided to offer the better download function than a serial port by using network. CONSTITUTION: A UIA bootloader initializes a system(S10) and detects whether a CS89001 chip is provided and operated in a development board of a UIA system development board(S11). The UIA bootloader sets an MAC(Media Access Control) address of the CS8900A of the development board of the UIA system, a name of a program to be downloaded and a server directory by using an environment setup command(S12). The UIA bootloader performs a command for driving a BOOTP to be allocated an IP address from a DHCP(Dynamic Host configuration Protocol) server(S13). The UIA bootloader downloads a user's desired program to a memory of the UIA system through network from the server(S14) and stores it in a designated flash memory region(S15).

PURPOSE: A software keyboard and a software key-in method are provided to discriminate frequently used keys from non-frequently used keys, to always display the frequently used keys, and to display the remaining keys whenever necessary according to their purpose. CONSTITUTION: The keyboard comprises a keyword selection group(110), an indispensable key selection group(120), a number selection group(130), and two trays(140, 150). The keyword selection group(110) includes a Hangul basis selection key(111), an alphabet basis key(112), a Hangul/alphabet key(113) and a user definition selection key(114). The keyboard can be combined according to a user inclination, and the combined keyboard is displayed with the two trays(140, 150). PURPOSE: A method for multi-computer system's real time clock management is disclosed to enable the use of consistent time of day clock between different computers by capacitating a master processor to work as a click processor and to process all clock reading and writing requests using remote interrupt. CONSTITUTION: A method for multi-computer system's real time clock management is composed of initialization, allocation, and reading of date and time. Allocation of system's realtime clocklock called rtc_mutex determines initialization(301). If allocated, initialization is unnecessary, if not, initialized(302) by allocating to rtc_mutex. Lock is canceled after confirming acquisition of clocklock(303) and performing hardware dependency process routine(304). Confirmation is made by the (304)'s value(317), if successful, 0 is returned (318),if not, 1 is returned(319). (304) checks if hardware dependency(HD) lock structure is allocated(305), if not, initialization of HD is processed(306). When HD lock is achieved(307), BIOS to read date is called(308) and read. If read(309), BIOS to read time is called(310) and read. If read(311), 0(314) and appropriate information returned. If not, lock is canceled and -1 is returned(315).
