본 발명은, 통신 시스템에서 기지국, 예컨대 액세스 포인트(AP: Access Point)와 복수의 단말들, 예컨대 스테이션(STA: Station)들 간의 데이터 송수신을 위해 다중 채널을 동적(dynamic)으로 할당하며, STA들에게 할당된 채널들 간의 간섭(interference)을 최소화하여 채널을 할당하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 복수의 단말들로부터 상기 단말들의 데이터 송수신 방식에 대한 정보가 포함된 단말 정보를 수신하고, 상기 단말들의 데이터 송수신 방식을 확인하고, 상기 단말들에게 할당된 채널들에서의 간섭을 확인하며, 상기 단말들의 데이터 송수신 방식을 바탕으로 상기 단말들의 프라이머리 채널(primary channel) 및 세컨더리 채널(secondary channel)을 상기 단말들에게 할당하고, 상기 간섭을 바탕으로 상기 프라이머리 채널 및 상기 세컨더리 채널을 변경하여 상기 단말들� ��게 할당하며, 상기 단말들에게 할당된 프라이머리 채널 및 세컨더리 채널에 대한 채널 할당 정보를 상기 단말들에게 송신한다.

PURPOSE: A secondary transmitting station included in a cognitive radio communication system and a communication method of the station are provided to broaden a spectrum bandwidth selected by a secondary user by using a spectrum band not used by a primary user and a spectrum band used by the primary user together. CONSTITUTION: A secondary transmitting station estimates an interference channel between the secondary transmitting station and a primary user at each of one or more first spectrum bands used by a primary system(330). The secondary transmitting station calculates an orthogonal projection matrix(340). The secondary transmitting station calculates an effective channel between the secondary transmitting station and a secondary receiving station. The secondary transmitting station selects an index of an optimized spectrum band from one or more first spectrum bands based on the orthogonal projection matrix and the effective channel(350). PURPOSE: A heterogeneous communication system detection method and apparatus thereof are provided to determine kinds of heterogeneous communication system based on a system kind database by including silent duration information corresponding to the system kind database. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) signal reception unit(201) receives signals from a specific communication system. A silent duration evaluation unit(202) evaluates silent duration between frames based on the received signals. A system kind determination unit(203) determines kinds of the specific communication system based on the evaluated silent duration. The specific communication system transmits data of a frame unit. The silent duration is respectively applied to the communication systems.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for controlling subcarrier spacing in a wireless communication system are provided to control the increase of interference at each band due to the change of subcarrier spacing or RF increase in a system operating a multi-band. CONSTITUTION: An interference detection part(510) detects interference generated in a plurality of channel bandwidths or a plurality of frequency bands. The interference detection part provides each detected channel bandwidth or interference information showing the frequency band interference to a subcarrier spacing controlling part(530). A system parameter supplying part(520) supplies a system parameter related to the subcarrier spacing to the subcarrier spacing controlling part. The subcarrier spacing controlling part controls the interval of subcarriers. A subcarrier allocation part(540) arranges the subcarrier by periodically inserting a null subcarrier between existing allocated subcarriers.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A recognition mobile network system is provided to efficiently manage candidate channels by receiving channel information through a converted candidate channel. CONSTITUTION: A master unit measures a channel estimation signal, and receives measured channel state information. If a reference channel idle period is come up, a communication unit changes a communication channel into a candidate channel, and performs communication. A channel information management part receives channel information including candidate channel to be changed in the idle period, and controls channel change based on the channel information.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for encoding a channel in a wireless communication system are provided to improve resource use efficiency by removing limit elements generated in a wireless communication system design. CONSTITUTION: Information data to be transmitted is randomized by a randomizer(302). Information data is encoded by a channel encoder(304). The encoded data outputted from the channel encoder is changed to a symbol by a modulator. The changed symbol is divided with a transmission reference unit by an allocator(308). The divided symbol is allocated to the transmission resource. A channel encoder includes a first pad bit insertion unit(310), a channel encoding unit(312), a puncturing unit(314), a second pad bit insertion unit(316), and a bit interleaving unit(318).

A channel switching apparatus of a base station in a cognitive radio system and a method thereof and a channel switching apparatus and a method thereof are provided to reduce initialization time after channel switching, thereby improving reliability of a system. A channel switching message transmitter(110) transmits a channel switching message for switching to a backup channel. A backup channel beacon transmitter(120) transmits a beacon frame including allocation information of a slot inside a frequency channel. A backup channel communication unit(130) allocates a slot for data transceiving with each terminal inside the backup channel based on the allocation information.
Abstract:
A network communication method and a network device using a preamble are provided to make a terminal with a low SNR(Signal-to-Noise Ratio) access a network and realize network sharing without communication between networks. A preamble detector(860) detects a preamble. An identification information extraction unit(870) extracts network identification information from the detected preamble. If a detection channel of the preamble is the same as the use channel of the device and a network corresponding to the identification information of the network is different from a network to which the device belongs, a controller(890) changes transmission power or cell design so that the networks are adjacently operated.
