PURPOSE: A mixture for transparent coating with low refractive index and anti-fouling property and a composition including the same are provided to individually use as thermal curing agent or UV curable transparent coating agent. CONSTITUTION: A mixture comprises one of perfluorinated polyether modified compounds represented by chemical formula 1-4 and more than one or two kinds among hydrocarbon based polyfunctional acrylate represented by chemical formula 5-8. In the chemical formula 1 -4, Rf indicates C1-4 perfluorinated carbon group, A indicates hydrogen or methyl group, B indicates C1-5 alkyl group, X indicates ester, urethane, ether or amide group, Y indicates C1-5 alkyl group, Z indicates hydrogen, chlorine, fluorine or C1-5 alkyl group, a indicates integer of 0-10, (b+c+d+e) is an integer of 1-10, and f indicates integer of 0-10.

CONSTITUTION: A perfluoro polyether modified compound is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Rf is a perfluoroether group. R is a C1-C18 alkyl group. X is hydrogen, a C1-C6 alkyl group, or a phenyl group. PURPOSE: A UV curable perfluoro polyether modified compound is provided to ensure excellent antifouling property, water resistance and oil repellency without separate coating process when added in the molding of a polymer and the formation of a polymer film. CONSTITUTION: A UV curable perfluoro polyether modified compound is represented by chemical formula 1 or 2. An antifouling coating agent composition comprises the perfluorinated polyether modified compound and a solvent. The perfluorinated polyether modified compound and the solvent are included in the amount of 50~90 weight% and 10~50 weight%. The solvent is a fluorine-based solvent or a polar solvent having a hydroxyl group or carbonyl group.

CONSTITUTION: An antifouling hard coating composition includes a per fluorinated polyether modified compound having a structure marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, n is an integer of 5~30. R1 is an alkylene group with 2~3 carbons. R2 is either an alkyl group with 1~6 carbons, or a phenyl group. A composite hollow fiber membrane which is excellent in permeability and selectivity relative to gas- and vapor-phased organic compounds and has an improved membrane area per unit volume at the same time is provided. A composite hollow fiber membrane for separating gas- and vapor-phased organic compounds comprises a polymer coating layer formed by coating a polymer solution comprising 10 to 30 wt.% of a siloxane-based polymer in which a double bond of a vinyl group-substituted polysiloxane polymer is crosslinked with a silane group of a polyhydrosiloxane polymer by hydrosilylation reaction on a surface of a hollow fiber microporous support with a pore size ranging from 3 to 30 nanometers and a permeability ranging from 5000 to 10000 GPUs(Gas Permeation Units). The polymer coating layer has a thickness of 2 to 10 mum. The siloxane-based polymer is obtained by crosslinking 80 to 90 wt.% of the vinyl group-substituted polysiloxane polymer with 10 to 20 wt.% of the polyhydrosiloxane polymer.

A mass production method for asymmetric high molecular hollow fiber membrane for gas separation is provided to avoid the use of volatile additives for reducing a time for removing foams from a high molecular solution, thereby realizing high speed spinning, and to realize asymmetric structure with a porous inner layer and a high transmissivity and high selectivity outer selection layer, thereby realizing separation of various gas with high efficiency. In a mass production method for asymmetric high molecular hollow fiber membrane for gas separation, 25-40wt% concentration of high molecules selected from polysulfone, polyethersulfone, polyimide, polyetherimide, polybenzimidazole, and polyamide is dissolved in a good solvent, of which a boiling point is 150-210‹C. An inside coagulant is formed of a good solvent having a boiling point in the range from 150 to 210‹C and a nonsolvent having a boiling point in the range from 80 to 290‹C. By contacting the result solution and the inside coagulant, insides of hollow fibers are coagulated. During the contact, spinning is carried out at a speed of 30-80m/min at a temperature of 80-200‹C for producing the hollow fibers. After drying the hollow fibers, surface of the hollow fibers are coated by a poly-dimethylsiloxane solution.
