Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydro-forming press system is provided to mechanically keep the coupling state of molds by moving a clamper into a space between an upper bolster and an upper frame after an upper mold is coupled to a lower mold. CONSTITUTION: In a hydro-forming press system, clamping units(27) are mounted to both sides of a frame(1b) in the press system, and mechanically keep the coupling state of molds after an upper mold(5) is coupled to a lower mold(3). The clamping unit includes hydraulic cylinders(25) mounted to both sides of the frame and having operating rods(29) inside, and clampers(23) mounted to the end of each operating rod and guided by an upper frame(1c). The clamper moves into a space between an upper bolster(7) and the upper frame after the upper mold is coupled to the lower mold, and supports the top of the upper bolster to the upper frame.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A differential carrier damping apparatus of a vehicle is provided to reduce noise of a differential carrier by automatically controlling noise generating frequency, and to improve endurance of parts and driving experience by adjusting vibration of the differential carrier. CONSTITUTION: A differential carrier damping device is composed of a vibration detecting unit mounted in a differential carrier(60) to detect vibration from the differential carrier; a control unit comparing the reference information with input information by receiving information on vibration of the differential carrier, and transmitting a driving signal to a vibration adjusting unit(40); and the vibration adjusting unit controlling vibration of the differential carrier according to the driving signal from the control unit. Noise is reduced with compressing or relaxing a filling part by detecting vibration frequency from the differential carrier. The control unit transmits the driving signal to a driving motor of the vibration adjusting unit in detecting high frequency vibration in relaxing the filling part. Vibration is damped with compressing the filling part by controlling the driving motor. Noise is reduced with damping high frequency vibration and low frequency vibration by compressing and relaxing the filling part. Driving experience is improved with reducing noise by controlling vibration automatically.
