Abstract: A structure for fixing a canister of a vehicle is provided to prevent a fire from leak of a fuel tank, and to protect a driver and a passenger by restricting a welding portion of a bracket from being broken at a rear end collision. A middle bracket(8) is inserted and fixed between a canister bracket(4) formed in a canister(2) and a fixing bracket(14) fastened to a fuel tank, and composed of a horizontal part(10) in which the canister bracket is fastened and a vertical part(12) in which the fixing bracket is fastened. The canister is pushed forward with a push guide unit at a rear end collision. An elongated hole(16) is formed in front and rear parts of the horizontal part of the middle bracket corresponding to a penetration hole(6) of the canister bracket, and connected to a fixing bolt to connect the horizontal part of the middle bracket with the canister bracket.

Abstract: A foot rest structure in a vehicle is provided to prevent a driver from being injured at the ankle by preventing the foot rest from being folded when a head-on collision of the vehicle occurs. A foot rest structure in a vehicle comprises an upper bracket(10a), a lower bracket(10b), a first plate(20), a second plate(30), and a third plate(40). The upper bracket is mounted to a dash panel of the vehicle. The lower bracket is mounted to a floor of the vehicle. One end of the first plate is connected to the upper bracket rotatably. The first plate is engaged with the second plate to slide in the second plate. One end of the third plate is connected to an end of the second plate by a rotational shaft, while the other end is rotatably connected to the lower bracket. Sectional surfaces of the first plate and the second plate are a flattened-U shape. A separation preventive unit having a bent form is provided to the second plate in order to prevent separation of the first plate.
