Abstract: An automobile wiper system is provided to prevent a wiper from being stopped when a driver instantly operates the same in a mist mode, thereby preventing malfunction of the wiper without increasing manufacturing cost. An automobile wiper system includes a wiper motor(110), a wiper switch(120), a relay(140), and a BCM(150). The wiper motor is connected to a battery to be operated by the battery. The wiper switch has a mist mode for driving the wiper motor such that a wiper is operated only one time. The relay supplies power from the battery to the wiper motor when a mist mode signal input from the wiper switch is input for a predetermined time or more. The BCM is installed between the wiper switch and the relay to operate the relay even when a signal shorter than the predetermined time is input. The predetermined time is 0.26sec.

Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차용 와이퍼 장치에 관한 것으로서, 모터축과 구동암과의 높이 차에 의한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 상기 구동암을 구동축의 상단으로 위치시켜 모터축과의 높이 차를 줄임으로써, 상기 모터축과 와이퍼 링크와의 경사각을 제거하는 동시에, 구동암의 꺾임 현상을 방지하며, 특히 구동축의 빗물 침투로 인한 작동 불량을 개선하기 위하여 구동축과 구동암을 감싸는 방수부재를 적용하되, 상기 구동축과 방수부재의 체결부는 나사결합 구조를 적용함으로써, 빗물의 누수 문제를 원천적으로 방지할 수 있는 자동차용 와이퍼 장치에 관한 것이다.
