    Abstract: A bead wire winding device is provided with a winding guide(s) (3) which is rotated with a molding support body (1), and which approachingly and retreatingly displaces with respect to each side portion of the molding support body (1). A bead wire (W) is supplied to a wire seating portion (11) of the winding guide (3) within a space defined by each winding guide (3) which is in an approached state with respect to a respective side surface of the molding support body (1), and in an enlarged diameter state. The winding guide (3) is constituted by a plurality of radially displacing members (9), which can be enlargingly and reducingly displaced in a radial direction, connected to a boss portion (7) through link members (8). Each of the radially displacing members (9) has a protrusion that forms a wire seating portion (11). A clamping claw (13) is provided on at least one of the radially displacing members (9), and is urged constantly in a closing direction and pinches a tip portion of the bead wire (W).

This is achieved by apparatus comprising a split rim (101,102) assembling the tire, a pushing means (104) arranged on either one segment of the split rim, and a feed and discharge valve (111,112) of a pressurized gas to an inside of the tire assembled onto the rim, in which a pushing member (105) reciprocatively moving in a radial direction of the tire assembled onto the rim and pushing an inner face (2is) of the tread portion (2) from an inside of the tire is arranged in the pushing means (104) and either one segment (101) of the split rim is fixed to a main body of the apparatus and the other segment (102) is connected to a moving means (103) in an axial line direction of the rim displacing the rim between operation position and non-operation position in the assembling of the tire.

    Abstract: In the lamination of band-shaped uncured rubber materials to form a laminated rubber member having a given sectional shape by helically winding a band-shaped uncured rubber material extruded through an extruder (2) on a rotating support (1), two or more rubber compositions (A-C) exhibiting different moduli after curing are used as a rubber material fed to the extruder (2). A first rubber material (A) is extruded through the extruder (2) and helically wound on the support (1) to form a first rubber layer. Then the first rubber material (A) and a second rubber material (B) are fed continuously and simultaneously through the extruder (2) so as to stepwise or gradually increase the blending ratio of the second rubber material (B) to the first rubber material (A) while holding the same extrusion sectional shape and helically wound on the first rubber layer while overlapping with at least a part of the first rubber layer, to form a second rubber layer.
