    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the automatic installation and employment of pre-painted or pre-coated board possible by setting up the adhering or inseting process of sealing member for sealing the clamping part when foaming before bending the first board. CONSTITUTION:The tape type sealing member of the material, such as polyethylene foam, with one whole adhering surface 16 is adhered to the clamping surface of the second board 6 or the inner box 3 when the first pre-painted board 5 which forms the outer box 2 is formed in the box shape. The franges 12, 12' are formed in the board 5 by roll forming. The top surface 8, the side surface 7, and the bottom surface 9 are formed by bending the board 5 in square shape after forming of franges 12, 12' and adhesion of the bent frange 12b and the rear frange 12'a to the sealing member 16 are completed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To scheme to reduce operation power consumption by providing a frosting detecting device and a timer which generates defrosting instruction and combining timer system and demand system. CONSTITUTION:The apparatus consists of the following: a thermostat 2 which operates and stops a compressor 3 through detecting the temperature of refrigerating chamber, defrosting switching relay 5, defrosting thermostat 7, pulse generator 9 which contacts the compressor 3 side of the thermostat 2 which generates the input signal for a power counter 10, RSS type flip-flops 11 and 12 which generate output signals continually until the reset signal arrives, when counter output pulses P' and P arrive, frosting detecting device 13 for demand defrosting which detects frosting and generates defrosting signal, defrosting instruction device 16 which operates a defrosting switching relay 4 to defrosting side, reset device 17 which generates defrosting end signals, AND circuit 14, and an OR circuit 15 etc., and thus, the operation power consumption is reduced.
