    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the in-cup material stirring device of a small number of constitutent parts by changing the opening area of a nozzle by a specified needle. CONSTITUTION:The needle 24 which is of the shape of a cone 27 whose bottom surface 27a is the opened plane side of the nozzle 11 and is provided with plural grooves 28 on its side surface and changes the opening area of the nozzle 11 by moving from the opened plane of the nozzle 11 toward the inside of the nozzle 1 is provided. When the bottom surface 27a of the needle 24 is positioned at the opened plane of the nozzle 11, a drink discharged from the opening flows along the grooves 28 formed on the side surface of the needle 24, and is supplied to a cup 12 like a shower, and since the opening area is small, it becomes a jet stream. Then, when the whole nozzle 24 is drawn inside the nozzle 11, the opening area is made large, and the drink flows along the cone part 27, and a large quantity of the drink is supplied toward the center of the cup 12. Thus, the number of the constitutent parts can be reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an agitating device having a small number of constituting part and a narrow installation area by providing a drink supply nozzle, a needle moved in the nozzle, and a driving means which moves the needle. CONSTITUTION:A drink supply nozzle 11 placed above the upper edge of a cup 12, a needle 24 which is moved in the nozzle to change the aperture area of the nozzle, and a driving means 26 which moves the needle are provided, and the needle 11 is conical and has the front end pointed and is moved from the position, where it projects out from the aperture face, to the position where it is stored inward. When the needle 24 is placed on the outside of the aperture of the nozzle 11, a drink discharged from the aperture strikes against the needle 24 and is scattered around and is supplied to a cup like shower, and powdery materials are soaked in the drink. Thereafter, the front end of the needle 24 is put into the nozzle 11 to most narrow the aperture by the conical part of the needle 24, and the drink is sprayed into the cup. Thus, material are surely agitated by the drink, and the number of constituting parts is reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To ensure the effective stirring/mixing operation of powder material and a drink and at the same time to reduce the size of an automatic vending machine by providing a drink supply nozzle set at a position higher than the upper line of a cup, a needle which moves within the nozzle to change the opening area of the nozzle and to change the state of the drink discharged, and a drive means which moves the needle. CONSTITUTION:When a selection detecting means 29 detects a fact that a customer requests a hot drink 29a, this detection signal is sent to a storage arithmetic means 35, and an action procedure corresponding to the drink 29a is read out of an action procedure storage means 30 and stored. Based on the procedure, a valve 16 and a pump 17 are actuated via a warm water supply means 31. At the same time, a drive means 26 is actuated via a reversible control means 34. Thus the warm water is supplied into a cup 12 containing the drink powder 13 through the tip of a nozzle 11. In this case, the position of a needle 24 provided in the nozzle 11 is controlled by the means 26, and the warm water is showered to attain a sure stirring action of the drink. So is with a request for a cold drink and the cold water is supplied instead of the warm water.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To accelerate mixing, and simultaneously, to make an installing area small by providing a nozzle for supplying a drink and a means to move a needle to change the state of the drink, and forming a raised part at the central part of the bottom of a cup. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle 11 for supplying the drink positioned higher than the upper edge of the cup 12, the needle 24 to move in the nozzle 11 and change the opening area of the nozzle 11 so as to change the state of the drink, and a driving means 26 to move the needle 24 are provided, and the raised part is formed at the bottom of the cup 12. Accordingly, when the drink is supplied into the cup in the form of a shower, since it strikes the edge of the cup 12 and is moved to the direction of the bottom, the powder materials come to be immersed in the drink. Since after that, the drink is sprayed to the bottom side of the cup 12, an eddy current in the cup 12 is formed with the raised part so that stirring can be surely executed by the drink. Thus, the installing area can be made small.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To keep the can temperature uniform on vending machine with detection of the can surface temperature regardless of the direction of the cans, by providing a belt type temperature measurer at both ends or the center of the outer surface of the can cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A temperature measurer 5 provided at the both ends of outer face of a beverage can 1 in a ring form may be a thermal indication paint, a thermal indication tape, or a thermal indication label. Mercury iodide complex salt such as Ag2HgL4, etc., which changes its color at 50 deg.C is used as thermal indication pigment for such a paint. The beverage can 1 is treated by the light radiated on the outer face thereof at the place protruded out of a coil 3 with photoelectric sensors 6, 7. Heating condition is directed through reflected light by photoelectric sensors 6, 7 and the light is applied on the temperature measurer 5. Therefor, when the temperature of the beverage can reach 50 deg.C, the color of the temperature measurer 5 changes and the induction heater stops by the photoelectric sensors 6, 7. As the temperature measurer 5 is provided in a ring form at the both ends of the outer face thereof, even cans are placed upside-down, light can accurately reach the temperature measurer 5 to keep the heated temperature constant.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To maintain the temperature of a lubricating oil at a normal value, by a method wherein the direction of flow of exhaust gas is controlled by a switch valve switched by means of the temperature of the open air, the one exhaust pipe passes through the lubricating oil when the temperature of the open air is low,and the other exhaust pipe passes through said oil after the pipe extends to the outside once when the temperature of the open air is high. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of the open air is low, a switch valve 13 is operated, exhaust gas passes through the exhaust pipe 10 side piped to an exhaust port 3 after flowing through a lubricating oil 12, and the lubricating oil 12 is heated by the temperature of exhaust gas, resulting in proper maintenance of viscosity of the lubricating oil 12 and in reduction of wear of a machine. When the temperature of the open air is high, by means of the switch valve 13, the exhaust gas flows through the air at the upper part in a casing 1 and is fed to the outside once, and after the exhaust gas is reduced in temperature, it flows through the exhaust pipe 10 side leading to a discharge port 3' after passing through the lubricating oil 12, resulting in prevention of an increase in the temperature of the lubricating oil 12. This permits the lubricating oil 12 to be kept at a proper viscosity, and enables reduction of wear of a machine part.
