Abstract: PURPOSE: To easily perform appropriate adjustment corresponding to the visual acuity of a user and a distance between both left and right pupils and to view improved pictures by adjusting positions in left and right directions while respective video display parts and respective lens parts are mutually linked. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a pair of left and right video display parts 2 and 4 disposed movably in mutually attaching and detaching directions on frames 31 and 33 to be fitted to the head part of a user, a pair of left and right lens parts 1 and 3 disposed at the position on an optical path from the left video display part 4 to the left eye of the user and at the position on the optical path from the right video display part 2 to the right eye of the user on the frames 31 and 33 while optical axes are almost parallel mutually for showing the virtual images of video images displayed by the respective video display parts 2 and 4 to the user and linking mechanisms 9 and 10 for variably adjusting a gap in the left and right directions between the lens parts and linking the gap in the left and right directions between the respective video display parts 2 and 4 with the gap between the respective lens parts 1 and 3. Thus, the positions in the left and right directions are adjusted while the respective video display parts 2 and 4 and the respective lens parts 1 and 3 are mutually linked.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To surely adjust visibility by simple constitution in a spectacles type display device and to view outside landscape as necessary in a state where a viewer wears the spectacles type display device. CONSTITUTION:Left and right display parts 1L and 1R are respectively attached to left and right slide mechanisms sliding along line segments linking a central point with the focal point of the left and right lens systems 2L AND 2R on the principal point axes of the lens systems 2L and 2R, and the display parts 1L and 1R are allowed to move on the respective line segments, so that the positions of left and right viewed virtual images are alinged even when distances between the display parts 1L and 1R and the lens systems 2L and 2R are changed by adjusting the visibility. The display parts 1L and 1R and the lens systems 2L and 2R are fitted to the upper part of both eyes of the viewer through a head part fitting member 6, thereby enabling the spectacles to be changed while using them, and the visual field on a lower side or out of a virtual image display range are obtained by providing a dimming means and an intercepting menas.
