Abstract:
A dispenser main body (11) includes a cylindrical-shaped fitted portion (16a), and a nozzle (40) includes: a nozzle main body (41) and a nozzle extension body (42). The nozzle (40) is provided with a dispensing tube (51) including: a first dispensing tubular portion (51a) and a cylindrical-shaped second dispensing tubular portion (51b). A cut-out (52a) is provided in the front end of the first dispensing tubular portion (51a) or in a base end of the second dispensing tubular portion (51b), and an opening end of the cut-out (52a) is closed by the first dispensing tubular portion (51a) or the second dispensing tubular portion (51b) to provide an air inlet hole (52) in the dispensing tube (51).
Abstract:
A spray device comprises a container for detergent, a spray head for mounting on the container, and a liquid supply for transferring liquid from the container to the spray head. The spray head comprises: a body, a chamber in communication with the atmosphere, an elongate outlet bore extending to an outlet of the body, a detergent inlet aperture in a surface of the chamber, communicating with the liquid supply for communication with the interior of the container, and a water inlet for the chamber. The water inlet is configured to direct a jet of water over the detergent inlet aperture towards the outlet bore. Passage of the water jet over the inlet aperture causes detergent from the container to be drawn into the chamber. The inner surface of the foam generating outlet bore is formed as an aerating surface. Spray heads for use with such spray devices are also disclosed.
Abstract:
A pressure washer spray gun includes a spray gun body configured to be fluidly coupled to a source of pressurized water, a chemical container coupled to the spray gun body, wherein the chemical container is configured to contain liquid chemical, a venturi including a converging section, a throat, and a diverging section, wherein the venturi is coupled to the body, and wherein the chemical container is fluidly coupled to the throat, an air inlet port formed in the diverging section and configured to fluidly couple the diverging section to a source of air, and multiple nozzles, wherein each nozzle has a different orifice diameter, and wherein only one nozzle at a time can be selected to provide a fluid output from the spray gun.
Abstract:
A foam pump comprising a pump bellows, wherein the pump bellows have a neck at the output side, wherein the neck has a valve rod having a central bore for forming a mixing chamber, wherein the mixing chamber is in communication with the air space of the pump bellows by at least one air outlet opening, wherein a closable air inlet opening to the air space of the pump bellows is provided in the region of the neck of the pump bellows, wherein the mixing chamber is in communication with the medium chamber by a closable medium inlet opening, wherein the medium chamber is in communication with a medium container through a medium adjustment opening.
Abstract:
In a metering unit (10) having at least one outlet (20) for dispensing an aerosol with a defined concentration, with at least one inlet (180) for a carrier gas, at least one inlet for a liquid, preferably for a hydrogen peroxide solution, and a buffer container (30) for the liquid, it is provided that the metering unit (10) has at least one liquid flow controller (90) on the outflow side.
Abstract:
An aerosol actuator and manifold for dispersing an aerosol product wherein the manifold includes one or more air vents to promote the foaming of an aerosol product dispersed from the aerosol actuator. In some embodiments, the one or more air vents may be positioned downstream of an orifice cup mounted on the orifice of the manifold.
Abstract:
An indexing nozzle assembly for a trigger sprayer is comprised of a nozzle base that is attachable to a sprayer housing of the trigger sprayer, a cap that is mounted for rotation on the nozzle base, and a foaming tube that is mounted for linear reciprocating movement on the cap. Rotation of the cap on the nozzle base changes liquid discharge from the trigger sprayer between an off condition and at least a spray condition. In the spray condition of the nozzle cap, the foaming tube can be manually pulled and extended from the nozzle cap. With the foaming tube extended from the nozzle cap, the liquid discharge from the nozzle assembly in a spray pattern comes into contact with an interior surface of the tube and generates a foam discharge from the nozzle assembly.
Abstract:
A trigger sprayer valve assembly that has a conical flange that controls the flow of liquid in a downstream direction through a liquid passage of the trigger sprayer. The valve is constructed with an elongate stem or shaft that facilities the assembly of the valve into the trigger sprayer and a positioning plug that solely holds the valve in a centered position in the liquid passage of the trigger sprayer.
Abstract:
A water aerator comprises an inlet for wash water, an outlet a bubbly stream, first means for mixing air with wash water disposed in a wash water passage extending between the inlet for wash water and the outlet for the bubbly stream, and second means for rectifying the wash water disposed downstream of the first means. The first means comprises a pressure reducing disk provided with a plurality of pores and blocking the wash water passage, air inlets disposed in a circumferential wall of the wash water passage downstream of the pressure reducing disk, and a tapered zone of the wash water passage with conically diminishing diameter located downstream of the pressure reducing disk. The second means comprises a rectifying zone of the wash water passage extending between the downstream end of the tapered zone and the outlet for the bubbly stream, and a honeycomb disposed in the rectifying zone. The pores in the pressure reducing disk are directed to a circumferential wall of the tapered zone.
