Abstract:
A transfer and accumulating apparatus is provided wherein trays, which are typically part of a ferris-wheel type storage/accumulation apparatus, are also used as a major part of the transfer apparatus. A pusher such as a powered chain with pusher dogs thereon is used to push the articles to be transferred (and stored) onto and across the trays. The apparatus is particularly well adapted to handle logs (i.e., long rolls) of rewound paper since there is no rolling movement and the attendant unwinding of the ''''logs''''.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve rack space efficiency by supporting a roll lengthwise on a turning frame disposed on a frame capable of freely running and elevating and entering and delivering same lengthwise for a storing rack to be stored therein in the above device for a printing roll. CONSTITUTION:A roll 49 is arranged lengthwise with the lower shaft 50 thereof fitted in an engaging concave portion 11 for fitting and placing the lower end of the roll shaft, and with the upper shaft 51 thereof clamped by a clamp not shown for grasping the upper part of the roll shaft, and moved along a travelling frame 2 to a storing place. Secondly, a turning frame 9 is turned and moved to support arms 35, 39 of a storing rack 1, so that the shaft 50 is fitted in a fitting portion 36 of the lower support arm 35 and the shaft 51 is fitted in a fitting portion 48 of a roll rest portion 47. Subsequently, an elevating frame 6 is lowered to completely support the roll 49 by the upper and lower support arms 35, 39. In this arrangement, the dead space of the rack can be reduced.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bobbin separator capable of separating a bobbin by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: The bobbin separator 12 includes a bobbin input part 22 for inputting a plurality of bobbins 9 and a bobbin take-out part 23 for taking out the bobbins 9 from a bobbin group inputted to the bobbin input part 22. The bobbin take-out part 23 includes a plurality of bobbin pans 26, an endless annular belt body 25, and a bobbin separating member 41. The bobbin pans 26 can place the bobbins 9. The endless annular belt body 25 vertically drives the bobbin pans 26 to a placing surface of the bobbin input part 22. The bobbin separating member 41 is arranged along an area over which the bobbin pans 26 with the bobbins 9 placed thereon are driven, and the bobbins placed on the respective bobbin pans 26 are individually separated.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To orderly contain a number of object to be contained and to enable automation of containing, by a method wherein, in a containing chamber for a particular objects to be contained, such as plate roll for printing, the plural objects to be contained are connected with each other, and the connected objects are contained or received on shelves. CONSTITUTION:Plural objects to be contained are connected in a ladder manner by means of holder 39, and the connected objects are delivered to a cargo receiving table 55, they are received in a laterally lying down state. When the objects are moved from the shelf 6 to the cargo receiving table 44, the objects are received in a laterally lying down state. When the required rolls are taken out from the shelf 6, after a bucket-shaped functioning body 9 is positioned facing the front of the shelf 6, a guide rail 12 for changing a direction is approached to a holder 39, and the skirt part of the rail 12 is brought into coincidence with the inlet of a rail for containing. After, with this, an elevating lateral lever 17 is lowered, the holder 39 is connected, and the holder 39 is contained in the functioning body 9 is positioned facing the receiving table 44 to place the holder 39 therebetween.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve reliability on working, by a method wherein, in a holder direction changing device which holdes and conveys objects to be contained, such as a plate roll for printing, a guide rail for changing a direction is separated into fork branch guide rail parts and a linear guide rail part. CONSTITUTION:In a containing chamber for a particular rodform object to be contained, a guide rail for changing a direction is separated into fork branch guide rails 28 and 29 and a linear guide rail part 30. The fork branch guide rail part brings the upper end of the front curve type guide rail 28 and the upper end of the rear curve type guide rail 29 into a non-joining lateral arranging state. Further, the lower end of the linear type guide rail 30 is brought into coincidence with the upper end of the front curve type guide rail 28 and the upper end of the area curve type guide rail 29 through selective variation in the longitudinal position of the linear type guide rail 30 or the form branch guide rail parts 28 and 29.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the smoothness, accuracy and the reliability of operation by widening a deflecting/guiding rail through a screw bolt while adjusting the length of elevating rod through an expandable/contractable rod. CONSTITUTION:A pair of screw bolts 19, 19' are arranged vertically at the inside of lateral rods 16, 16' at the opposite sides of bucket function member 10 to rotate the bolts 19, 19' in same direction with same speed through a chain and a sprocket by means of a motor arranged on the upper face of said member 10. The gap between deflecting/guiding rails 26, 26' having nuts to be screwed over said bolts 19, 19' is made variable then a pair of shrinkable shafts 32, 32' are inserted idly and slidably through a pass hole in base metal from the opposite ends into the inner tube 29 of elevating lateral rod 31. Then grooved pulleys 33, 33' at the outer end section of the shafts 32, 32' are fitted over the ridged edges of the rails 26, 26' and shrinkable rods are arranged between the upper ends and between the lower ends of a pair of foldable bands to contain the holder 53 in respective shelf step 6 through fitting of idle moving wheels 52, 52' and containing rails 4, 4'.
