Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automate containment of plural rods by coupling plural containing rods into a ladder through a holder then containing into shelf while lying and passing to a receiving table thereafter moving from the shelf to the receiving table in longitudinal condition thereby facilitating receiving/delivering with small area. CONSTITUTION:In order to take out necessary print roll (a), a longitudinally movable body 9 and a bucket function member 10 are corresponded with the front face of shelf step 6 to match the width of guide rails 26, 26' with the width of containing rails 2, 2' then the function member 10 is brought near to a holder 53 including the print roll (a) of shelf step 6 to match the inlet port of rails 26, 26' with the inlet of rails 2, 2'. Then an elevating lateral rod 31 is lowered to couple the holder 53 and to wind up the rope 43 to be contained in the function member 10. Thereafter, the function member 10 is returned and lowered to bring near to the receiving/delivering rail thus to match the inlet port of the rails 26, 26' with the inlet of the receiving/delivering rail thereafter the holder 53 is bridged over the receiving/delivering rails to mount the print roll (a) while to release and take out the necessary print roll (a).
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the direct advance travelability and smooth travelability, in a guide for particular rod material containing holder, by forming V-grooves in containing and receiving/delivering rails while forming the idle traveling wheel from metal plate into a thin disc. CONSTITUTION:V-shaped groove 3 is formed in containing rail 4 or receiving/ delivering rail. The idle traveling wheel 52 is formed from metal plate into thin disc. Since the idle wheel 52 is thin, it will engage continuously in V-groove 3 in the rail 4 resulting in improvement of direct advancability and smooth traveling.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform centering for each longitudinal moving body in an accurate manner, by installing each transverse projection in the specified position of each guiding longitudinal rod and also installing each stopper pin which retracts or protrudes to or from the longitudinal moving body by means of remote control and engages the said projection, in case of the longitudinal moving body capable of moving up and down along these guiding longitudinal rods. CONSTITUTION:In case of a device which houses a something holding plural pieces (four pieces in illustration) with catchers 27 and 27'; in magazine racks provided with multistep rack stage in both vertical directions, it installs a quadrangular frame-like longitudinal moving body 7 free of lifting motion in position between a pair of guiding longitudinal rods 6 and 6' erected in front of the magazine rack. This longitudinal moving body 7 is provided with a bucket-like function body 16 being free of longitudinal movement via guide wheels 13 and 13' to engage guide rails 12 and 12'. In this case, each of transverse triangular projections 36 and 36' are installed in a position corresponding to each rack plate of these guiding longitudinal rods 6 and 6', while each of stopper pins 38 and 38', being retractable by dint of an electromagnet 37, is installed at both side, right and left, of the longitudinal body 7, thereby making centering for the longitudinal body 7 so as to be carried out.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To deflect the direction and to make smooth, in a deflector for holder containing a print roll, by journaling an idle gear to an elevating lateral rod and arranging a rack on a deflecting/guiding rail in parallel with the motion path of the elevating lateral rod while gearing with the gear. CONSTITUTION:Sprocket gears 34 are journaled idly to the opposite ends of an elevating lateral rod 16 then engaged with chain rack 36 arranged while facing on deflecting/guiding rail 26 in parallel with the moving direction of said rod 16. Since lifting/lowering of said rod 16 is executed through gearing bearing the gear 34 and the rack 36, it can turn smoothly over the curved section of deflecting/guiding rail 26.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To achieve smooth traveling, in print roll container, by constructing such that the central point of catcher will be coaxial with the center of rotation of short link constituting a foldable band and the central point of idle wheel for traveling. CONSTITUTION:Short links 46 are coupled through an axial pin 47 to constitute a pair of foldable bands 48, 48' then a pair of coupling rods 50, 50' having expandable/contractable rods 49, 49' at the left and right ends are stopped respectively between the upper ends and the lower ends. While the axial pin 47 is extended inwardly of its inner end to arrange roll catchers 51, 51' and to arrange idle wheels 52, 52' for traveling coaxially at the outside of said pin 47 while furthermore, containing rails, deflect/guide rails 26, 26' and receiving/delivering rails are arranged rollably to constitute many holders. With such arrangement, the central points of the catcher, short link and the traveling wheel can be held on same axis resulting in smooth traveling.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To orderly contain a number of object to be contained and to enable automation of containing, by a method wherein, in a containing chamber for a particular objects to be contained, such as plate roll for printing, the plural objects to be contained are connected with each other, and the connected objects are contained or received on shelves. CONSTITUTION:Plural objects to be contained are connected in a ladder manner by means of holder 39, and the connected objects are delivered to a cargo receiving table 55, they are received in a laterally lying down state. When the objects are moved from the shelf 6 to the cargo receiving table 44, the objects are received in a laterally lying down state. When the required rolls are taken out from the shelf 6, after a bucket-shaped functioning body 9 is positioned facing the front of the shelf 6, a guide rail 12 for changing a direction is approached to a holder 39, and the skirt part of the rail 12 is brought into coincidence with the inlet of a rail for containing. After, with this, an elevating lateral lever 17 is lowered, the holder 39 is connected, and the holder 39 is contained in the functioning body 9 is positioned facing the receiving table 44 to place the holder 39 therebetween.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve reliability on working, by a method wherein, in a holder direction changing device which holdes and conveys objects to be contained, such as a plate roll for printing, a guide rail for changing a direction is separated into fork branch guide rail parts and a linear guide rail part. CONSTITUTION:In a containing chamber for a particular rodform object to be contained, a guide rail for changing a direction is separated into fork branch guide rails 28 and 29 and a linear guide rail part 30. The fork branch guide rail part brings the upper end of the front curve type guide rail 28 and the upper end of the rear curve type guide rail 29 into a non-joining lateral arranging state. Further, the lower end of the linear type guide rail 30 is brought into coincidence with the upper end of the front curve type guide rail 28 and the upper end of the area curve type guide rail 29 through selective variation in the longitudinal position of the linear type guide rail 30 or the form branch guide rail parts 28 and 29.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the smoothness, accuracy and the reliability of operation by widening a deflecting/guiding rail through a screw bolt while adjusting the length of elevating rod through an expandable/contractable rod. CONSTITUTION:A pair of screw bolts 19, 19' are arranged vertically at the inside of lateral rods 16, 16' at the opposite sides of bucket function member 10 to rotate the bolts 19, 19' in same direction with same speed through a chain and a sprocket by means of a motor arranged on the upper face of said member 10. The gap between deflecting/guiding rails 26, 26' having nuts to be screwed over said bolts 19, 19' is made variable then a pair of shrinkable shafts 32, 32' are inserted idly and slidably through a pass hole in base metal from the opposite ends into the inner tube 29 of elevating lateral rod 31. Then grooved pulleys 33, 33' at the outer end section of the shafts 32, 32' are fitted over the ridged edges of the rails 26, 26' and shrinkable rods are arranged between the upper ends and between the lower ends of a pair of foldable bands to contain the holder 53 in respective shelf step 6 through fitting of idle moving wheels 52, 52' and containing rails 4, 4'.
