PURPOSE: A rubber mat for a playground with shock absorbing and draining functions is provided to have pores generated by using a solid urethane binder and to drain water via a drainage way. CONSTITUTION: A rubber mat for a playground with shock absorbing and draining functions is manufactured as follows: Second and first layers are prepared on a rubber mat forming press(S2). The second layer is composed of 75-90 wt% of rubber chip, 5-15 wt% of urethane binder, and 5-15 wt% of pigment. The first layer is composed of 75-90 wt% of rubber chip, 5-10 wt% of urethane binder, and 5-1 5wt% of solid urethane binder. A mat is formed using the rubber mat forming press(S4). The top surface of the mat is flattened. Multiple protrusions are formed on the bottom surface of the mat. Drainage ways are formed between the protrusions. PURPOSE: A boundary structure is provided to minimize the danger of electric shock when a lighting device is attached to the boundary structure. CONSTITUTION: A boundary structure(100) comprises an upper plate(110), a support(120), springs(130), grooves(140), and a lighting unit. The upper plate is formed in a reverse dome shape using a rubber or synthetic rubber material. The support composed of a rubber or synthetic rubber material is attached to the bottom surface of the upper plate. The springs are formed inside the support. The grooves are formed on the bottom surface of the support. The lighting unit is formed in the space between the upper plate and the top of the support.

PURPOSE: An artificial turf structure for a pedestrian passage is provided to enable the easy and simple repair of the artificial turf structure when the artificial turf structure is damaged. CONSTITUTION: An artificial turf structure for a pedestrian passage comprises a foam sheet(10), a pile layer, a support layer(30), and a filler layer(40). The foam sheet is composed of woven fabric or nonwoven fabric. The pile layer is composed of multiple piles(20). The support layer is attached on the bottom surface of the foam sheet. The filler layer is formed by filling the gaps between the top of the foam sheet and the piles with filler.

PURPOSE: A functional elastic pavement material and a construction method thereof are provided to continuously emit ions and far-infrared radiation which are useful to human bodies. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a functional elastic pavement material is as follows. Soil, dust, moisture, and foreign materials of a base layer are removed. A primer is spread on the base layer so that a primary primer layer(2) is formed. The primer is spread on the primary primer layer while forming irregularities(4,5) on a surface of the primary primer layer so that the primer layer(3) is formed. The irregularities are filled with a mixture in which a natural fiber or a binder of a synthetic resin and an elastic rubber chip are mixed so that an elastic pavement layer(6) is formed. The elastic rubber chip is formed into a chip shape by processing regeneration urethane, waste tire, EPDM, the synthetic rubber, and various elastic materials. Patterns(7) of various shapes are formed on the surface of the elastic pavement layer. Elvan, a ceramic, formalin stone, tourmaline, zeolite stone and fracture glass pieces are mixed with the binder and pigment and the mixture is spread on the surface of the elastic pavement layer so that a coating layer(8) is formed.

CONSTITUTION: A turf structure for a golf course comprises the ground, a drain structure, a top turf layer, and turf. The ground has an inclined plane. The drain structure, composed of multiple drain units(21) connected to each other, collects water flowing along the inclined plane and drains the collected water. The drain structure comprises first and second drain units(211,212). The first drain unit is formed along the inclined plane. The second drain unit is connected to the end of the first drain unit. The top turf layer is formed on the inclined plane and the top of the drain structure. The turf is formed on the top of the top turf layer.

PURPOSE: A complex of natural and artificial turfs and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily construct lawn ground, to plant natural and artificial turfs, and to enhance abilities of a maintenance and management. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of natural and artificial turfs complex is as follows. Seeds or roots of a natural turf are spread on a vegetative fabric(S10). An artificial turf base plate is laminated on the vegetative fabric(S20). An artificial turf is arranged on the vegetative fabric and a base plate in order that the vegetative fabric and base plate can be integrated(S30).

CONSTITUTION: A construction method for the foundation of naturally recoverable artificial turf is as follows. Existing soil is plowed up in a specific depth(301). A hardening body is formed by mixing cement or/and loess mortar with a hardener. The formed hardening body is spread on the existing soil(302). A hardened layer is formed by sprinkling water on the existing soil and accumulating soil(303). Artificial turf is installed on the formed hardened layer(305).

CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly artificial turf structure with high permeability comprises a base layer(100), a pad layer(200), a base material layer(400), an artificial turf pile(500), and a silica layer(600). The pad layer is placed on the surface of the base layer and is made of a high water permeability pad. The base material layer is placed on the upper side of the high water permeability pad. The artificial turf pile is perpendicularly formed on the base material layer. The silica layer is charged among artificial turf piles.

CONSTITUTION: Prefabricated turf comprises a natural grass layer(100) and a turf support member(200). The natural grass layer includes soil(S) in which natural grass(G) takes root. The turf support member comprises a support frame(220) located under the natural grass layer to be coupled with the natural grass layer and protective projections(240) which are vertically projected on the top of the support frame to be projected higher than the growing point of the natural grass by passing through soil. The support frame has openings(260) arranged in a lattice form, and the protective projections are formed on the intersecting points of the lattice.
