PURPOSE: A hydraulic cylinder for opening and closing a floodgate is provided to prevent a cylinder rod from being oxidized and to reduce maintenance costs by extending the service life of the hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic cylinder for opening and closing a floodgate comprises a coating layer and a sealing material. The coating layer is formed by thermally spraying one of ceramic powder, chromium oxide powder, aluminum oxide powder, titanium dioxide powder, yttrium oxide powder, zirconia powder, chromium nickel powder on the edge of a cylinder rod(40). The sealing material is spread on the edge of the coating layer.

CONSTITUTION: A conductive water gate for preventing damage to a water gate due to obstacles comprises a water gate(10), a rotary shaft(20), a locking rod(25), a rotating tub(30), and a hollow bracket(40). The conductive water gate for preventing damage to a water gate due to obstacles comprises an operating link, a cylinder part, and a water gate lifting part(70). The water gate blocks up the river water flowing from the upper stream of the river. The rotary shaft is fixed at both bottoms of the water gate. The locking rod is integrated with the both sides of the rotary shaft.

A fluid flow control system for a gravity type automatic floodgate using a float is provided to allow a floodgate to be firmly closed by stopping fluid flow before water reaches the maximum level. A fluid flow control system for a gravity type automatic floodgate using a float comprises an automatic control valve(100), a float(200), a plunger rod(300), plunger rod actuators(400) and a plunger rod locking device(500). The automatic control valve includes a valve body(110), a piston rod(120), a valve seat(130) and an elastic member(140). The float slidably moves up and down along a guide rod(201) coupled with the lower end of the automatic control valve. The plunger rod is inserted into the guide rod so that the plunger rod moves up and down, and is exposed to the interior of a fluid pressure chamber(114) by passing through the automatic control valve. The plunger rod actuators are attached to the upper and lower portions of the plunger rod to be in close contact with the upper and lower end of the float.

A nature-friendly engineering method for purifying polluted water by having a system for purifying the polluted water into purified water is provided to purity the water naturally by rotating a water gate with 270° through interlock of operating cylinders and opening and closing a channel. A water gate(30) is combined with an integrated control system(100) and formed with a water gate plate(31) and two side plates(32). An impact absorbing packing member(40) is fixed to the outer part of the boundary area of the water gate plate and the side plates to be continuous to the longitudinal direction of the water gate. An operating link(34) is drawn to a lower side from a sealed space of a rotary shaft(33). A first operating cylinder(51) is installed to the upper part of the sealed space. A support roller(52) is rotatably mounted to the horizontal place to the first operating cylinder. A connecting member is connected to the front end of the operating link. A pressing plate(35) is withdrawn to the opposed direction of the withdrawing direction of the operating link. A support plate(62) and an operating plate(63) are fixed to the outside of the pressing plate. A ring shaped slider(64) formed with an operating groove(65) is formed from the operating plate to the support plate. A front end of the piston rod of a second operating cylinder(61) is rotatably fixed to the operating plate. The water gate is rotated with 270° through interlock of the operating cylinders to open and close a channel(11).

An environment-friendly construction method to purify water in connection with a system for purifying polluted water is provided to prevent water leakage, to control opening and closing of a rotating water gate smoothly, and to purify water in a natural way by installing a packing member, installing two crankshafts symmetrically, and discharging water from the bottom of the reservoir. In accordance with an integrated control system(100), a waterway(11) is formed between both side support structures(10), and a housing(20) is installed to a side of the support structure to form a closed space. A rotating water gate(30) is formed with an arc type gate plate(31), two side plates(32) connected perpendicularly to the gate plate, and an axle(33) connected to the side plate. A packing member(40) is fixed longitudinally to a side of the water gate. A connection member is connected between a piston rod of an operating cylinder(51) and an operating link(34) via a support roller(52) and the axle. A crankshaft with another symmetric crankshaft can be connected to operating cylinders(51,61) respectively, and rotated at a bottom part of the closed space supported by a supporting plate.

본 발명은 회전수문의 폐쇄시 바닥부와의 지수성능을 향상시킴은 물론 저수공간을 더욱 크게 확보할 수 있도록 하며, 개방을 위해 수문을 들어올리면 수문과 하우징 사이의 공간을 통해 저수공간의 하층수가 배출되면서 오염된 하천수를 정화하는 오염된 수질을 깨끗한 물로 정화시켜주는 시스템과 결합하여 오염된 수질을 정화시키는 친환경공법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 수문이 그 회전축을 중심으로 배수측의 길이가 더 길게 비대칭으로 형성되어 있고, 또 배수측 외측에 패킹부재가 고정되어 있으며, 이러한 구조의 수문을 2개의 작동실린더를 연동시켜 90 ~ 360°각도로 회전시키면서 수로를 개폐하는 것이므로 수문의 개방시에는 수문판과 하우징의 바닥판이 수평을 이루어 물이 원활히 방류됨은 물론 이물질이 수문과 하우징의 사이에 끼이지 않게 되면 수문을 폐쇄하게 되면 수문과 하우징의 사이가 패킹부재에 의해 완전 밀착되므로 누수를 방지할 수 있음은 물론 회전축을 중심으로 비대칭으로 이루어져 늘어난 배수측의 길이와, 하우징의 바닥부로부터 하방향으로 라운드지게 형성된 배수측의 높이와, 수문과 하우징의 바닥부 사이에 끼이는 패킹부재의 두께의 합에 해당하는 만큼 저수공간이 더� � 크게 확보될 수 있는 것이다. 또한, 수문을 폐쇄된 상태에서 개방을 위해 조금 들어주면 수문과 하우징 사이의 공간을 통해 저수공간의 하층수를 배출할 수 있으므로 하천의 바닥에 퇴적되어 있던 퇴적오니와 같은 이물질이 하천수와 같이 빠져나가게 되어 물질 가속도 작 용, 물질 새치기 현상, 물질 해탈 작용, 물질 부상 작용이 발생되어 수질이 자연정화될 수 있는 것이다. 아울러, 수문의 무게중심이 반대방향으로 넘어갈 때 이를 감지하여 반대방향으로 작용되는 작동실린더의 신장속도를 줄여줌으로써 수문의 회전속도를 인위적으로 낮추어줄 수 있어 안전성을 보장할 수 있는 것이다. 정화, 수문, 작동실린더

본 고안은 수문을 유압실린더를 통해 슬라이딩 개폐동작 하도록 함으로써 수문을 작동시키는 유압실린더를 안전하게 보호함은 물론 적은 힘으로도 수문을 쉽게 개폐할 수 있도록 한 슬라이딩 수문에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 고안은 제방 중간에 형성된 배수로를 개폐할 수 있도록 각 제방의 사이에 수문을 설치함에 있어서, 제방은 상 방향으로 경사지게 형성하여 그 표면에 수문과 슬라이딩 되는 가이드레일을 설치하고, 수문은 콘크리트재 몸체에 스테인리스 스틸재 커버를 씌워 구성한 상태로 가이드레일과 접촉되도록 위치시키며, 각 제방의 상부에는 유압실린더를 각각 고정하면서 그 피스톤로드를 수문의 상부 양측에 각각 회전가능하게 연결하여서 된 것으로, 이와 같이 하면 수문이 그 상부에 회전가능하게 연결되어 있는 유압실린더에 의해 제방의 가이드레일을 따라 슬라이딩 개폐 동작하므로 보다 적은 용량의 유압실린더를 사용하면서도 그 개폐동작이 충분히 이루어질 수 있고, 구조적으로 간단해지며, 유압실린더가 저수된 물과 접촉되지 않아 고장이 최소화되고, 유압실린더가 고장 나더라도 그 수리 또는 교체가 용이한 것이다. 수문, 슬라이딩 수문, 유압실린더, 가이드레일
