Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add simply and inexpensively a back cover part for raising easily identification properties on a twofold printed matter, or a thin printed matter with a binding part on a twofold central line. SOLUTION: The thin printed matter is characterized by having a back cover displaying on a part of a paper face constituting a back surface cover on the twofold printed matter with a thickness between the surface cover and the back surface cover under a bookbinding condition of ≥5 mm on average. The thin printed matter described in the claim 1 is characterized by that as a paper used for the surface cover and the back surface cover, a thick cardboard is used, and a line-containing processing is applied on the boundary line part between the back cover displaying part and the back surface cover part. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material for an aircraft, having thermal insulation effects without trading off even a part of properties of a conventional coated film such as high weather resistance, adhesion and water/oil resistance. SOLUTION: The thermal insulation coating material for the aircraft is the coating material for the aircraft, containing a color pigment constituted of only a color pigment having ≥13% reflectivity of solar radiation regulated by JIS A5759-1998. The usable color pigment is at least one kind selected from titanium white and zinc oxide-based pigment as a white pigment, iron oxide-based pigment and quinacridone-based pigment as a red pigment, iron oxide-based pigment, iron hydroxide-based pigment, lead chromate-based pigment and azo-based pigment as a yellow pigment, phthalocyanine blue and composite oxide-based pigment as a blue pigment, and chrome green and phthalocyanine green-based pigment as a green pigment. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the falling and deformation of a material even in washing with water as in case of a chemical treatment process etc., by using a coating material. SOLUTION: In a composite steel plate reinforcer, a layer of the coating material is laminated on a steel plate, and a layer of a sheet material is laminated on the coating material layer. The coating material which is fusion-bonded/integrated to/with the sheet material by heating or without heating is used. The steel plate reinforcer can use at least one sheet material selected from a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric, a glass cloth, resin-impregnated paper, resin-coated paper, a resin film, metal foil, and a metal fiber cloth. The steel plate reinforcer is constructed so that the coating material is applied at an optional position on the steel plate, the sheet material which is molded or cut to be a shape with the coating material applied in advance and an area approximately equal to or at least 80% of the area is laminated and stuck before the curing of the sheet material, and the steel plate, the coating material, and the sheet material are integrated by a sheet material curing process. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating-type steel sheet reinforcing material applicable by coating, closely contacting with the steel sheet and curable at normal temperature, giving steel sheet reinforcing effect by imparting the steel sheet with necessary rigidity and, at the same time, free from the generation of strain in the steel sheet. SOLUTION: The coating-type steel sheet reinforcing material is a cold-curing two-pack polyurethane coating material having a network structure formed by mixing a ≥2-functional polyol having a molecular weight of 200-2,000 with an aromatic isocyanate. Preferably the glass transition point of the coating film obtained by the curing of the two-pack polyurethane coating material is 30-100°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat reflecting road colorable in an optional color without requiring a painting process, restraining a heat island phenomenon, and having a road pavement surface causing no heat radiation at night. SOLUTION: A heat reflecting coating film of the heat reflecting road is formed by colored asphalt of mixing and dispersing a coloring pigment having solar radiation reflectance stipulated by JIS A5759-1998 of 13 % or more in a decolorizing binder. This decolorizing binder is decolorized asphalt or a decolorized asphalt emulsion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide noise absorption equipment capable of efficiently absorbing vibration during running on a slab track such as a railroad track and noises generated by mechanical sound of running rolling stock, being manufacturable at a reduced cost, and capable of replacing rails without removing the noise absorption device installed already on the track when replacing a pair of installed rails. SOLUTION: This noise absorption equipment is provided on the slab track constituted in such a way that a pair of rails are provided on sleepers installed at an interval in the longitudinal direction of the track. A plurality of support beams are arranged and attached between the rails. A noise absorption member is attached between the support beams and a surface protection member is attached. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a thin sheet-like magnetic wave absorbing material exhibiting good oblique incident characteristics of electromagnetic wave (0-55°) as a countermeasure to irregular reflection of electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet has two layer structure of a metal reflection layer and an electromagnetic wave absorbing layer wherein the electromagnetic wave absorbing layer is composed by dispersing 20-90 mass% of one kind or more of magnetic materials selected from a variety of ferrite and iron powder, and 0.5-20 mass% of one kind or more of dielectric material selected from carbon, titanium oxide and zinc oxide mixedly into 5-60 mass% of binder resin and the thickness of the sheet is 5.0 mm or less. The electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet has a decoration protective layer of a planar plastic body having a thickness less than 3.0 mm. The binder resin for use in the electromagnetic wave absorbing layer is one kind or more being selected from various kinds of asphalt, natural rubber and synthetic rubber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a totally new material for an automobile using a recycled material made from an interior material for an automobile and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: A skin material made from a recycled material is used for the interior material for an automobile. A cellular plastic is used as a core material and at least one side or all of the core material of the interior material for an automobile is characteristically covered with the skin material made from the recycled material. The recycled material for the interior material for an automobile is characteristically selected from a bulk raising material for a floor, a headlining material, a dash insulator, a door trim, a pillar trim, a parcel shelf, a trunk trim, a trunk mat and a floor mat. A characteristic of the manufacturing method of the interior material for an automobile is that the recycled material is grounded finely into a size of not more than 5 mm in length and thermoplastic resin fiber is mixed with the grounded material and is molded in a sheet shape by hot-air heating.
