    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring skin elasticity using a moire image is provided to conveniently calculate an objective elastic index of skin by measuring average the contour interval and angle value of subjects. A representative image is manufactured by composing images so that the landmarks are overlapped. A contour interval in a composed representative moire image is calculated. An angle of the contour is measured. The elastic index of skin is calculated from the interval or angle of the contour. A preparation process for adopting skin for 15 minutes is operated under the constant temperature of 23°C and the constant humidity condition of the RH 40%.
