Abstract: A medical device for insertion in-vivo for diagnosing disease or curing affected part is provided to maximize an effect of a medical treatment by guiding a medical device to the most near location of lesion. A medical device for insertion in-vivo for diagnosing disease or curing affected part comprises a base, a guide(3), shape memory members(41, 43, 45, 47), a thermoelectric device(49), and a controller. The guide is combined in the base, is inserted into a human body. The shape memory member is arranged to a longitudinal direction in a part of the guide. The thermoelectric device is provided to an outer circumference of the guide at a section in which the shape memory member is arranged. The controller controls a current supplied in the thermoelectric device.
