Abstract: An apparatus and a method for detecting movement direction of an object is provided to easily detect the slight variation of the movement direction, without using an expensive device. A conducting-wire detecting unit(100) detects position information of a conducting wire in which a current flow at the timing that the movement direction of an object is changed, among separately positioned conducting wires. A conducting-wire position storing unit(200) is stored with the position information of the conducting wire in which the current flowed. A micom(300) determines the movement direction of the object based on the variation of the position information of the conducting wire. At least two conducting wires are formed in a certain pattern on the same surface.

Abstract: Provided are a mixture sauce for sesame chicken which is free from the specific taste and smell of garlic, onion and ginger, and a method for manufacturing sesame chicken by using the mixture sauce. The mixture sauce comprises a corn starch; 6.50-8.50 wt% of a spice which comprises polished garlic, polished onion and polished ginger; 2.75-4.00 wt% of salt; 1.38-2.00 wt% of commercial seasoning containing MSG; 6.50-8.50 wt% of sugar water; 13.00-17.00 wt% of a curry powder; and 5.00-9.00 wt% of parched sesame. Preferably the spice comprises polished garlic, polished onion and polished ginger in a ratio of 5.5-7.2 :2.3-4.2 : 0.2-2.2 and it is matured at a low temperature of 2-4 deg.C for 5-8 days.
