Abstract: PURPOSE: An LED lighting control device based on visible-light wireless communication and a method thereof maximize the convenience of a user by individually controlling corresponding lighting means as necessary using unique ID information. CONSTITUTION: A lighting means (110) is connected to a lighting control means (140) through an integrated control communication network by using a lighting control bus. The lighting control means controls the lighting means according to state information and environment information transmitted from a lighting information collection means (120). The lighting means includes an LED light source module and a control module controlling the LED light source module. The LED light source module comprises an LED light source, a state information sensor formed in the LED light source, and an image sensor (104) formed on the front side of the LED light source. Abstract: PURPOSE: A packet transmission device and method are provided to efficiently utilize the bandwidth of a packet transmission network by eliminating the overload of the packet transmission network. CONSTITUTION: A packet transmission device (100) includes a queuing block (140), a scheduling block (150), a classifying block (110), and a load balancing block (130). The queuing block includes multiple buffer units individually storing multiple data packets and multiple sub-buffer units individually corresponding to the multiple buffer units. The scheduling block transmits the multiple data packets stored in the multiple buffer units through a main path of a backbone network and transmits data packets stored in the sub-buffer units through a protection path of the backbone network. The classifying block determines a buffer unit corresponding to a received data packet among the multiple buffer units according to the type of the data packet received from the outside. Abstract: 본 발명의 가시광 송신 장치는, 가시광선을 이용하여 데이터를 전송하는 가시광 송신장치로서, 전송할 데이터를 입력받아 심볼-매핑을 수행하고, 심볼들을 병렬 데이터로 변환하여 IFFT를 수행하고, IFFT 결과 값을 실수부 데이터와 허수부 데이터로 분리하는 변조부; 실수부 데이터과 허수부 데이터를 각각 아날로그 신호로 변환하는 디지털/아날로그 변환부; 및 아날로그 신호로 변환된 실수부 데이터와 허수부 데이터를 가시광선을 이용하여 전송하는 전송부를 구비한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 고차 변조가 가능한 다중 반송파 기법을 이용함으로써, 가시광 통신에서 기존의 세기변조 방식이 지니는 전송 속도의 한계를 극복하고 전송 속도를 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for matching measurement interval of speech quality of variable band multi-codec are provided to match a measurement interval between a reference sound and a codec sound and reduce a measurement result distortion phenomenon. Abstract: A method for controlling a variable bit-rate voice codec, and an apparatus thereof are provided to ensure QoS(Quality of Service) of terminal service and reduce loads of a codec by using a single codec which supports a variable bit-rate. An apparatus(20) for controlling a variable bit-rate voice codec comprises a terminal information extraction unit(21), a call quality monitoring unit(22) and an admission policy unit. The terminal information extraction unit extracts telephone call capability of terminals which require new call set up. The call quality monitoring unit extracts network parameters from existing calls through exchanged packets, and measures the voice quality of the existing calls on the basis of the network parameters. The admission policy unit decides the admission of the new call on the basis of the telephone call capability and the voice quality.

Abstract: 가변 대역 멀티 코덱의 음성 품질 측정 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 자연음을 녹음한 제 1 녹음파일, 및 자연음을 코덱을 이용하여 디지털 데이터로 변환시킨 제 2 녹음파일을 수신하고, 자연음을 코덱으로 인코딩한 정보를 RTP 패킷 형태로 수신한 후 RTP 패킷을 해체하고 코덱으로 디코딩하여 제 3 녹음파일을 생성하는 녹음파일 수신/생성부; 제 1 녹음파일 내지 제 3 녹음파일에서 하나의 파일을 중복 선택하거나 두 개의 파일을 선택하여, 서로 상이한 정도를 MOS 값으로 산출하는 MOS 값 산출부; 및 MOS 값 생성부에서 생성된 MOS 값들을 비교하여 음성 품질 왜곡 원인을 파악하는 MOS 값 비교부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 가변 대역 멀티 코덱의 단대단 음성 품질 측정을 더욱 정확하게 할 수 있으며, 자연음 왜곡 등 음성 품질이 저하되는 현상의 원인을 파악할 수 있다.
