Abstract:
A quantum signature method by an arbitrator and a system using the same are disclosed. The quantum signature method by the arbitrator according to the present invention comprises the steps of: sharing a bell state and a private key previously generated among a signer device, an arbitrator device and a receiver device; encrypting a message to be transmitted by the signer device, generating an encrypted quantum message and a signature corresponding to the encrypted quantum message and transmitting a message-signature pair to the arbitrator device based on them; making the arbitrator device verify validity of the signature on the encrypted quantum message provided by the signer device and transmit a verification result and the message-signature pair to the receiver device; and making the receiver device check the message-signature pair and the verification result and decrypt the encrypted quantum message by using the previously shared private key according to the check result.

본 발명은, 시각적인 정보 전달을 목적으로 하는 다이나믹 방식의 발광다이오드 전광판을 기반으로 하여, 발광다이오드 도트 매트릭스를 스캔 라인과 데이터로 구분하여 신호를 전달함으로써 시각적인 정보를 전달하고, 380nm~780nm 파장 영역의 가시광선을 이용한 무선통신을 위하여 시간적 순서에 따라 순차적으로 선택된 스캔라인의 발광다이오드를 점멸함으로써, 여기서 발산되는 가사광선의 점멸을 이용하여 통신이 가능하도록 하는 다이나믹 발광다이오드 전광판을 이용한 시분할 가시광선 무선통신 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상시 점등 상태가 아닌 순차 순환 점등 방식의 다이내믹 방식의 발광다이오드 전광판에 적용하여 무선통신 장치를 구현하는 것이 가능해진다.

PURPOSE: A visible light wireless telecommunications device and a method are provided to use 2PPM(Pulse Position Modulation) mode thereby maintaining communications speed of luminance adjustment function and visible light wireless telecommunication in LED(Light Emitting Diode) lighting device. CONSTITUTION: A luminance signal generator(100) calculates duty cycle of a lighting drive signal corresponding to luminance request information. The luminance signal generator generates clock frequency information of a luminance signal. A lighting driving unit(300) outputs a lighting driving signal of pulse waveform based on the clock frequency information and transmission data of a transmission data generator(200). The lighting driving unit adjusts pulse position of on section by each bit unit time in waveform of the lighting driving signal.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for vehicle-to-vehicle communication using visible light communication and a method of the same are provided to improve the safety driving by communicating with the arbitrary vehicle to the visible light. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(310) receives a optical signal including the information about the ambient vehicle through a plurality of receivers arranged as the different direction from the neighboring other vehicles. A control unit(320) analyzes the received signal and grasps the location information of the ambient vehicle and determines the car control operation based on the grasped location information. A driving unit(340) runs an actuator coping with the control action pitching with the control unit.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An integrated network management gateway system using database connection pools is provided to generate database connection pools in a distributed network environment, and use database connections during database access including network management information, thereby reducing time for processing a database and improving performance. CONSTITUTION: Many database connection pools(23a-23n) store database connections including pointers of self database information tables. A database connection manager(22) generates the database connection pools(23a-23n), obtains the database connections from the generated database connection pools(23a-23n), and manages the obtained database connections. A servlet unit(21) receives the pointers of the database connections from the database connection manager(22), and performs corresponding database operations through the database connections corresponding to the pointers.

PURPOSE: A system and method for integrating and managing CO-LAN subscribers is provided to present an interface system and method for CO-LAN subscribers in order to achieve subscriber processing more easily through a CO-LAN management gateway system. CONSTITUTION: An ICIS(Integrated Customer Information System)(101), storing and managing subscription information, transmits subscription information to a subscriber information creation and management system(102). The subscriber information creation and management system(102), receiving subscription information from the ICIS(101), creates, stores and manages exchange port information and subscriber line information corresponding to the subscription information. The subscriber information creation and management system(102) requests a CO-LAN management system(103) to create a group, an address and a subscriber port for the exchange port information and the subscriber line information. The CO-LAN management system(103) attempts the creation of a group, an address and a subscriber port at an exchange(104) according to the request of the subscriber information creation and management system(102). In case that the creation of the group, the address and the subscriber port is completed, the CO-LAN management system(103) records information for the created group, address and subscriber port in a database(105), and notifies the subscriber information creation and management system(102) that the request has been completed normally.

PURPOSE: A work flow processing method is provided to standardize various stages of works, and to process unit work, which is standardized and reusable. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Various data are initialized if a main program of a work flow engine(301). The state of a system is changed into a work process waiting state(302). If an operator submits a work process request(303), a concurrent process for performing the work process is generated(304). The state of the system is changed into the work process waiting state again, and at this time a parameter, transmitted to the process generated by the main program, turns back all the data, received from the operator. If the system receives a process stop request, the work flow engine is stopped(305).

PURPOSE: A management gateway system for processing management commands of an integrated network service management system for a CO-LAN(Central-Office Local Area Network) and a processing method thereof, are provided to collect information from each exchange, so as to decide states of each exchange and take measures suitably on a corresponding exchange. CONSTITUTION: An integrated service management system(40) manages a CO-LAN through a management gateway system(50). In the management gateway system(50), a configuration management gateway server(52) manages configuration of components. A connection management gateway server(53) manages connections. An application program interface converter(58) automatically converts management commands received from corresponding servers into application program interface commands required in exchanges. An application program interface(60) distributes the automatically converted commands appropriately to corresponding exchanges, and receives and returns corresponding results. A fault management gateway server(54) processes and delivers fault information delivered from the exchanges. A failure management gateway server(55) tests corresponding components having failure or fault information to process the failure or the fault. A data collection processor(59) periodically collects performance information on the managed components. And a database(56) stores information on configuration changes, faults and performance according to components or services, to improve information continuity.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for operating the CORBA(Common Object Request Architecture) binding valid information using a shared memory are provided to remove the unnecessary binding attempt of a client for the CORBA server by obtaining the binding information and transferring the validity information through the shared memory. CONSTITUTION: A multiple CORBA server(200) includes the CORBA binding validity information. A CORBA binding validity examination part(120) examines the bin ding validity information for the multiple CORBA server(200) at a set time period. The shared memory(130) stores the binding validity information examined by the CORBA binding validity examination part(120). A binding validity information using part(140) obtains the CORBA binding validity information by connecting to the shared memory(130), and decides the CORBA binding attempt for the corresponding CORBA server according to the obtained validity information.
