Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a filter which can capture odors and fine dust over a wide range and is usable as a filter for air cleaning by laminating electret non-woven fabrics in which the direction of electric polarization is oriented in the thickness direction of the sheet and deodorizing material. CONSTITUTION:Melt blow non-woven fabrics are produced by using extra fine fibers having =1X10 C/cm surface charge density is generated on the basis of an electrostatic induction principle. A raw material having >=10 OMEGAcm volumetric resistivity is preferable and particularly a PP is used. Granular activated carbon, activated carbon fibers, silica gel, ion exchange fibers, etc., are used as the deodorizing material. The electret non-woven fabrics 2a, 2b in which the direction of the electric polarization is oriented in the thickness direction of the sheet are so laminated as to sandwich the deodorizing material 3. The odors and fine dust are captured by using such filter 1.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dustfree cap produced by using a specific electret material for forming the main part of the cap, having a simple structure and excellent dust-preventing performance, free from stuffy feeling, effective for preventing the falling off of hair and dust and suitable for the use in a clean room, etc. SOLUTION: An elecret material made of a spun-bond nonwoven fabric having a surface charge density of >=1×10 coulomb/cm , an air-permeability of 300-1,000cc/cm .sec, an average fineness of the constituent fiber of =1.2 is used in the main part of the objective cap. Preferably, the electret material is used in a form laminated with other material and the opening part of the cap is provided with an essentially stretchable member or a fastening tool.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize high image characteristics and printing clarity by forming a netlike material having a fusion bonding point in which fibers of a porous support are fusion-bonded, and forming a film in which the fusion bonding point of parts of the material crosses between the fibers and its thickness is smaller than a mean fiber size. CONSTITUTION:A porous support made of polyester fiber is laminated on one side surface of a polyester film. The support is formed with a film in which a netlike material having a fusion bonding point in which fibers are fusion- bonded is formed and the fusion bonding point of parts of the material crosses between the fibers and its thickness is smaller than a mean fiber size. Such a support is thermally press-bonded, and biaxially co-oriented thereby to manufacture thermal stencil paper. Thus, high image characteristics and printing clarity are provided, and offset is eliminated.
