Abstract:
The invention relates to a tank for washing a warp thread, provided with a device for intensifying the washing effect set in rotation inside the tank. Each device includes a body having cylindrical geometry, having circular cross section, which has comprises a plurality of longitudinal bars arranged along the cylindrical side surface of the device. Between each pair of adjacent bars a longitudinal slit is defined. The body also has a pair of end elements extending radially, forming the opposite bases of the body and configured to support and enclose the bars. The body also has a pair of opposite rotation pins, obtained on the respective outer surfaces of the end elements and that extend along an axial direction and parallel to the direction of extension of the bars. The body also has a tangential turbodynamic flow generator, arranged inside the body and configured to intensify the interchange between the washing liquid and the warp thread through the longitudinal slits during the rotation of the device.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a permeation system for fabric and a method for manufacturing fabric using the same, and the permeation system for permeating a wetting agent into fabric comprises: a fabric supply part; a permeation part provided with a permeation device and a height adjustment device; a drying part; and a collecting part for winding the fabric, which has passed through the drying part, around a collecting roll, thereby obtaining functional fabric of uniform quality and increasing productivity of the fabric into which the wetting agent is permeated.
Abstract:
A process for treatment of cellulosic material, for example, knitted or woven cotton fabric or yarn, comprises treating cellulosic material with a pectinase and a surfactant.
Abstract:
A machine for continuous washing of fabric in rope form, comprising two or more wash tanks (11, 12), including an initial wash tank (11) in which the fabric (T) is designed to enter at a first speed (V1) and a final wash tank (12) from which the fabric is designed to exit at the same said first speed (V1), fabric being accumulate in said wash tanks. The machine also comprises means for alternate movement (19) of the fabric between at least two consecutive wash tanks (11, 12) with a second movement speed (V2), greater with respect to said first speed (V1), in such a manner as to alternately accumulate fabric in said two consecutive wash tanks (11, 12). There is present at least one pivoted transit duct (22, 23, 24, 25) through which the fabric is designed to pass during passage inside the machine and along which the wash water is designed to flow, the oscillation of the pivoted transit duct (22, 23, 24, 25) controls the reversal of the fabric movement.
Abstract:
In the patented Menser apparatus for saturating a substrate with a liquid saturant, or resin, by conveying the substrate through a resin chamber, the invention improvement is disclosed whereby the apparatus is modified by the installation within the chamber of a separation means, such as a bar, to redefine the path of the substrate through the chamber filled with liquid saturant. Rather than having the substrate pass through the chamber following the path defined by the periphery of the lower portion of the circumferential surface of a mandrel and only being directly contacted by the liquid saturant on one side of the substrate, the redefined path creates a separation of the substrate from said periphery thereby permitting the liquid saturant to contact the substrate on opposing sides to achieve optimum saturation of the substrate by the liquid saturant in volume and uniformity. Inasmuch as the geometric principles which cause an increase in pressure within the chamber as the substrate travels from its entrance into the chamber to its exit, the benefits in saturation provided by such pressure increase are enhanced by the invention as, by the invention modification, they are received on opposing surfaces of the substrate.
