A method for manufacturing a sliding water gate which screens foreign material comprises a step of fixing a hinge bar(21) with long hole(22) at the upper side of the water gate(20); a step of fixing a non-woven fabric(42) on a frame having same width with waterway(11) which is formed between each support structure(10); a step of placing a screen(40) which each hinge pin(43) is fixed on the upper side; a step of equipping the hinge pin at the long bar of the hinge bar; and a step of screening foreign material depending on the constraction of opening and closing cylinder.

An environment-friendly construction method to purify water in connection with a system for purifying polluted water is provided to prevent water leakage, to control the position of a rotating water gate accurately, and to purify water naturally by installing a packing member, installing an approaching sensor successively, and discharging the water in the reservoir from the bottom as water flows in the reservoir. In accordance with an integrated control system(100), a waterway(11) is formed between both side support structures(10), and a housing(20) is installed at a side of the support structure to form a closed space. A rotating water gate is formed with an arc type gate plate(31), two side plates(32) connected perpendicularly to the gate plate, and an axle(33) connected to the side plate. A packing member(40) is fixed longitudinally to the water gate. A connection member is connected between a piston rod of an operating cylinder(51) and an operating link(34) via a support roller(52) and the axle. At the opposite side of a pushing plate(35) attached to the axle, a support plate(62) and a operating plate(63) are fixed in a V shape. A solar power system can be installed to supply power to a hydraulic control system.

A method of purifying a polluted stream using a rotating water gate and an integrated control system is provided to prevent water leakage by installing a packing member longitudinally or on a C-shaped protruded part on the water gate. In accordance with an integrated control system(100), a waterway(11) is formed between both side support structures(10), and a housing(20) is installed to a side of the support structure to form a closed space. A rotating water gate(30) is formed with an arc or triangular type gate plate(31), two side plates(32) connected perpendicularly to the gate plate, and an axle(33) connected to the side plate. A packing member(40) is fixed longitudinally or on a C-shaped protruded part on the rotating water gate. A connection member is connected between a piston rod of an operating cylinder(51) and an operating link(34) via a support roller(52) and the axle. At the opposite side of a pushing plate(35) attached to the axle, a support plate(62) and a operating plate(63) are fixed in a V shape. An additional cylinder or an elevating block can be used to discharge water.

At an opened position, the side plate is formed to be longer at a discharge side than at a storage side. A packing material(40) is attached longitudinally to a discharge side of the gate plate and the side plate. A chain(53) is connected to an operating link(34) via a first hydraulic cylinder(51), a supporting roller(52), and the rotation axle in the closed space.

A method of constructing a sliding water gate having a free sliding function and a fish passage is provided to prevent water leakage perfectly, to purify a stream or a river, and to restore an ecosystem by installing a packing member on the guide rail, teetering plates on the sliding water gate, and partition walls inside the sliding water gate. A waterway(11) is formed between both side support structures(10) and a guide rail(12) is installed on the each support structure. A sliding water gate(20) moving along the guide rail is connected with a hydraulic cylinder to be rotated and is opened and closed by the hydraulic cylinder. A packing member(14) is installed on an upper part of the guide rail and contacted with a lower portion of the sliding water gate. Teetering plates(40,50) are installed on both upper and lower portion of the sliding water gate and hinged to a hinge axle(60) respectively. Inside the sliding water gate, zigzag shaped partition walls are formed to be used as a fish passage.

The environment-friendly water gate opening and shutting apparatus is formed by installing a hydraulic cylinder(30) on an underwater foundation(24) installed on the bottom(22) of a river(20), installing a float(40) on the top of a piston rod(32) of the hydraulic cylinder to ascend with hydraulic pressure, installing a damper weight(50) on the float to apply gravity to the float in the opposite direction to buoyancy and to absorb vibration by waves, installing a balance spring(60) on the inside of a cylinder tube(36) to repulse between a piston(34) and a cylinder tube in the hydraulic cylinder and to offset force against the gravity generated by the damper weight, installing plural ports(P1,P2) to the cylinder tube of the hydraulic cylinder, installing check valves in the opposite direction to the ports, connecting a water tank to one of the check valves and connecting an accumulator to the other check valve, and connecting a directional control valve between water gate opening and closing cylinders and the accumulator to open and close a water gate of a river.

A construction method of a sliding floodgate for forming a fish passage by freely sliding is provided to prevent leak by completely contacting a packing member to the floodgate, to purify water by discharging water with lifting the floodgate, and to restore and protect an ecosystem by moving a fish through an outlet, a discharge passage and an inlet. A guide member(22) of a floodgate(20) is moved along a guide rail(12) in extending an opening cylinder while opening the floodgate, and the gap between seesaw plates(40,50) is kept by partitions(54,55). Inclined guide surfaces are formed in the seesaw plates, and the floodgate is naturally guided between the seesaw plates. Leak is prevented by sealing a lower part of the floodgate and a packing member(14) in pressing the floodgate down by turning the upper seesaw plate. Water is discharged between the floodgate and the packing member by lifting up the floodgate with a lower operation cylinder(51), and water is purified by discharging foreign matters and sludge.

본 발명은 수문을 개방하여 다리역할을 할 때 보다 튼튼한 구조를 제공함과 동시에 배수량을 조절하도록 구비되는 이중 수문의 구성방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 제방 중간에 형성된 배수로를 개폐할 수 있도록 제방의 상부측에 회전중심을 갖는 수문을 설치하고, 수문의 하부에는 각각 유압실린더의 피스톤로드를 연결한 것에 있어서, 수문을 하부측 수문과 이보다는 길이가 긴 상부측 수문으로 각각 구성하여 선회시 서로 간섭되지 않게 상부와 하부에 각각 위치시키며, 하부측 수문에는 다수의 배수공을 형성하고, 상부측 수문의 하면에는 각 수문의 폐쇄시 배수공을 막아줄 수 있는 위치에 각 배수공에 끼워 맞춤되는 마개를 각각 형성하되, 각 수문의 개방시 하부측 수문이 상부측 수문의 마개 하단면을 받쳐줄 수 있도록 위치시켜 구성한 것으로, 이와 같이 하면 각 수문의 개방상태에서는 하부측 수문이 상부측 수문을 받쳐주어 다리역할을 할 때 안전성을 보장할 수 있으며, 각 수문의 폐쇄� �태에서는 상부측 수문의 마개가 하부측 수문의 배수공을 막아주어 물을 완벽하게 가두어줄 수 있으며, 각 수문의 개방각도에 따라 물의 방류량을 미세하게 조정할 수 있는 것이다.

개시된 내용은 수중보의 수문이 저수측의 수위 또는 유입수의 유속에 따라 부상식과 전도식을 병행하여 동작되게 함으로써 바닥부에 쌓이는 퇴적오니를 완벽하게 배출할 수 있음은 물론 이물질에 의한 수문의 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 한 전도식과 부상식 겸용 자동보 수문에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 고안은 수로의 양측 벽체 사이를 선택적으로 막아주도록 위치되는 수문과; 수문의 상부 일측에 회전가능하게 고정된 자전링크축과, 자전링크축에 고정된 자전링크로 된 자전링크부와; 그 피스톤로드의 선단부가 자전링크의 타단부에 회전가능하게 결합되고, 후단부는 수문의 하부 일측에 회전가능하게 고정되어 수문을 자전링크축을 중심으로 자전시키는 제 1실린더와; 벽체의 일측에 회전가능하게 고정된 공전링크축과, 일단은 자전링크축에 고정되고 타단은 공전링크축에 고정된 공전링크와, 공전링크와는 반대측에서 공전링크축에 고정된 연결링크로 된 공전링크부와; 그 피스톤로드의 선단부가 연결링크의 타단부에 회전가능하게 결합되고, 후단부는 벽체의 일측에 회전가능하게 고정되어 수문을 공전링크축을 중심으로 공전시키는 제 2실린더를 포함하여서 되며; 자전링크부, 제 1실린더, 공전링크부, 제 2실린더가 수문의 양측에 대칭으로 각각 설치된 것이다.
