Ein Kamin- oder Kachelofen oder Kamineinsatz, mit einer durch eine Tür (1) verschließbaren Beschickungsöffnung sowie einem mit der Tür (1) in Wirkverbindung stehenden Energiespeicher, ist so ausgebildet, dass ein beim Schließen der Tür (1) damit und/oder dem Energiespeicher zumindest zeitweise in Eingriff stehendes, außerhalb der Schließstellung der Tür (1) wirksames Dämpfungselement (9) vorgesehen ist.

Eine elektrische Antriebseinrichtung (1) weist einen Elektromotor (2) und eine Abriebsschnittstelle (3) mit einem Antriebselement (5) und einem Abtriebselement (6) auf. Dabei treibt der Elektromotor (2) über das Antriebselement (5) das Abtriebselement (6) an. Die Abtriebsschnittstelle (3) weist eine Arretierfunktion auf, wobei ein Arretierglied (8) des Antriebselements (5) zum Arretieren des Abtriebselements (6) so in ein Aufnahmeglied (10) des Abtriebselements (6) eingreift, dass eine Bewegung des Abtriebselements (6) blockiert ist und das Antriebselement (5) zum Freigeben der Arretierung bewegbar ist.

An opening/closing device (1) is described in the form of an articulated pentalateral with two centres of rotation (17,18) connected to each other by means of gears, able to open/close a flap door (2) of an item of furniture (3) and comprising a support (4) to which are hinged at least a first and a second arm (5, 6) coupled to each other by means of two toothed areas (7, 8) formed on the outer surfaces of the ends of the first arm (5) and of the second arm (6), which are hinged to the support (4) by means of pivots which form the above centres of rotation (17, 18). One end of the element (9) which carries the flap door (2) is hinged to the other end of the second arm (6) by means of a pivot forming the axis of rotation (11) of the flap door (2): on opening of the flap door (2) the second arm (6) is made to rotate towards the outside of the item of furniture (3) by rotation of the first arm (5), shifting the axis of rotation (11) of the flap door (2) towards the outside of the item of furniture (3) and allowing opening thereof even if the flap door (2), when closed, is superimposed on the upper part of the frame of the item of furniture (3).

A hinge (160) is provided to a hinge mounting section (140) of the base frame (130) and supports a lid (150) so that the lid can be opened and closed. The hinge (160) is composed of two inner arms (170) and outer arms (180). A rotation shaft of the hinge is guarded by the inner arms (170) and outer arms (180), so that objects and fingers are prevented from being caught.

A hinge used for being installed between a door leaf and a door frame or between a sash and a window frame, (7). The hinge comprises a gear and rack unit and an inclined draw bar (1). The gear and rack unit is installed on the door frame or window frame (7). A gear (5) is rotatably installed on the door frame or window frame (7). A rack is located on one side of the gear (5). The gear (5) is meshed with the rack. A gear installation portion (51) is arranged on one side of the gear (5). Both ends of the inclined draw bar (1) are installed on the door leaf and door frame or the sash and window frame (7) respectively. The gear and rack unit not only can achieve the smooth opening and closing of sash or door leaf on the door frame or window frame on the premise that the number of hinge parts is reduced, but the gear and rack unit can also form a force arm outside the gear installation portion. In addition to the fact that the weight of the door or window is partially borne by the gear installation portion, most of the gravity of the door or window can be counteracted by the force arm formed by the gear and rack unit, and therefore the weight of the door or window can be largely shared; in this manner, the problem that the existing hinge is unreasonably stressed and prone to damage is effectively solved.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Band für Türen oder Fenster mit einem Aufnahmekörper 1 und mit einem Scharnierbügel 2, der innerhalb des Aufnahmekörpers 1 um eine Gelenkachse 3 drehbeweglich gelagert ist, wobei die Gelenkachse 3 im Aufnahmekörper 1 entlang einer Führungsbahn 4 verschiebbar geführt ist und wobei der Scharnierbügel 2 ein Anschlussende mit einem Zahnkranz 5 aufweist, welcher bei einer Schwenkbewegung des Scharnierbügels 2 um seine Gelenkachse 3 zwischen einer Bandschließstellung und einer Bandöffnungsstellung an einer an der Innenseite des Aufnahmekörpers 1 angeordneten gezahnten Lauffläche 6 abrollt. Erfindungsgemäß weist der Scharnierbügel 2 eine Anschlagfläche 7 auf, die in der Bandschließstellung an einer bodenseitigen Fläche 8 des Aufnahmekörpers 1 anliegt. Der Zahnkranz 5 am Anschlussende des Scharnierbügels 2 hat die Form einer Parabel oder eines Abschnittes einer Ellipse, deren lange Halbachse in der Bandschließstellung senkrecht zu der gezahnten Lauffläche 6 an der Innenseite des Aufnahmekörpers 1 ausgerichtet ist.
