Abstract:
An acrylic rubber-metal composite, which comprises an iron phosphate treated iron-based metal, and an adhesive layer comprising a phenol resin and a metal oxide, and preferably further a halogenated polymer, and an acrylic rubber layer, successively provided on the iron-based metal surface, has not only distinguished initial adhesiveness and water resistance, when the acrylic rubber is bonded to the metal owing to application of the iron phosphate treatment to the metal surface, but also can reduce the abrasion of the mating materials when brought into contact with rubber-unbaked parts of the sheet, because the surface roughness Ra[according to JIS 0601(1994)] of the surface treated steel sheet is 0.6 or less.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a circuit connecting material that exhibits sufficiently good adhesive strength without depending on the material of a circuit member, and has sufficiently excellent transferability while a change in transferability over time is suppressed; a connection structure of a circuit member, using the circuit connecting material; and a method for manufacturing a connection structure of a circuit member.SOLUTION: There is provided a circuit connecting material for electrically connecting a first circuit member which includes a first circuit electrode formed on a principal surface of a first circuit board, and a second circuit member which includes a second circuit electrode formed on a principal surface of a second circuit board, in such a manner that the first and second circuit electrodes face each other. The circuit connecting material contains an adhesive component containing a fluorine-containing organic compound, the fluorine-containing organic compound has a silicone structure, and the adhesive component contains 0.10 mass% or less of a silicon-containing compound in terms of silicon atoms, based on the total amount of the adhesive component.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ultraviolet-curing type removable pressure bonding composition having stable removability and an ultraviolet-curing type removable pressure bonding composition that has no change in bond strength with time even at high temperature and high humidity and slight variation of bond strength of cured coating film even in variation of ultraviolet irradiation amount during curing and does not break a substrate coated with an adhesive in use, namely, in releasing, and exhibits stable removability. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curing type removable pressure bonding composition comprises at least one kind of an ultraviolet-curable component selected from an ultraviolet-curable monomer and oligomer containing an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group, a (meth)acrylic copolymer having ≤20°C glass transition temperature, a photopolymerization initiator and at least one kind of a fluorine-containing compound selected from (1) a fluorine-containing polymerizable compound, (2) a fluorine-containing copolymer having a fluorine-containing segment and a fluorine-free segment and (3) a fluorine-containing surfactant. Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a heat-resistant adhesive excellent in adhesive strength and the method for bonding by using the same in considering conventionally used org. adhesives which can be used only up to 20-300 deg.C at the highest and cannot be used for bonding a heat-resistant material used at high temp. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant adhesive which consists mainly of an easily carbonizable resin and a powdered filler and is used for bonding adherends by inserting the adhesive between the adherends and thermally treating it.
Abstract:
Polymer composition, useful as or in binders, coatings or adhesives, comprises (A) carboxylic acid copolymer emulsion and (B) halohydroxypropyl- and/or glycidylammonium salt polymer wherein the polymer molecules are sufficiently swollen as to readily react with and penetrate interstices amongst emulsion (A) on drying the mixture. Coatings, binders or adhesives employing the composition are activated by base for coating or impregnating substrates, particularly non-woven fabric or fabric laminate, whereupon on drying and curing the mixture the polymer becomes crosslinked and insoluble.
Abstract:
A composition and method of using the composition are described. The composition is useful for quickly bonding chlorinated polyvinylchloride during installation and repair operations. Embodiments of the composition include at least one volatile organic solvent, chlorinated polyvinylchloride dissolved in the solvent and the composition is substantially free of cyclohexanone.
