본 발명은, 정류전압을 제공하는 정류수단(1)과, 상기 정류수단(1)에 연결되어 상기 정류수단(1)의 출력을 평활하는 부분 평활수단(2)과, 상기 부분 평활수단(2)에 연결되어 형광램프를 점등하는 전압을 제공하는 트랜지스터 발진수단(4)을 구비한 형광등 안정장치에 있어서, 상기 트랜지스터 발진수단(4)에 연결된 형광램프의 양측 필라멘트와 상기 부분 평활수단(2)의 출력단에 연결되어 형광램프의 장애발생시 정류전압을 차단하는 회로 보호수단(5)과 상기 부분평활수단(2)의 출력단과 상기 트랜지스터 발진수단(4)의 입력단 사이에 삽입되어 전원의 써지전압을 지연시켜 써지 전압에 대한 영향을 막아주는 지연수단(3)을 더 포함하여 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.-
