    Abstract: Textile having water repellency and antistatic property, manufacturing device and method thereof are provided to solve a conventional fluorine toxicity problem, and to implement anti-fouling effect with minimization of surface contact areas. Textile(110) having water repellency and antistatic property includes a conductive polymer(120) coated on the surface of synthetic fiber yarn and a conductive nano particle(130) which is adhered to the synthetic fiber yarn in which the conductive polymer is applied. The conductive nano particle has size of 10 -50nm. The conductive nano particle is comprised of one or more among Ag, TiO2 and SiO2.
