Abstract: 본 발명은 무기물을 포함하는 PTT 펠릿의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 PTT(Polytrimethylene Terephthalate) 수지 칩 100 중량부 및 무기물 입자 10 내지 30 중량부를 교반기에 투입시켜 조성물들을 교반시키는 조성물 교반단계(a); 상기 교반된 조성물을 호퍼에 투입하는 호퍼 투입단계(b); 상기 호퍼에서 배출된 조성물을 압출기 투입하여 압출기 내부의 복수개 스크류를 독립적으로 회전시키면서 가열시키되, 가열온도를 다수의 단계로 구획하여 점진적으로 승온시키는 다단 가열단계(c); 상기 압출기에서 압출된 조성물을 방사기로 배출시키고 방사기에서 방사시키는 방사단계(d); 상기 방사단계(d)에서 방사된 조성물을 응고시키는 응고단계(e); 상기 응고단계(e);에서 응고된 조성물을 절단시키는 절단단계(f);로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 입자를 포함하는 PTT(Polytrimethylene Terephthalate) 펠릿의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Composite fiber, composite textured yarn, and fabric including the improved sound absorbent property are provided to form a plurality of pores and valves on the surface of fiber by solving eluting soluble synthetic resin through a polishing process. CONSTITUTION: Composite fiber is composed of a core part and a sheath part. The core part is based on one synthetic resin which is selected from a polyamide-based resin, a polyester-based resin, and a polyethylene-based resin. The sheath part is based on the mixture of one synthetic resin, which is selected from a polyamide-based resin, a polyester-based resin, and a polyethylene-based resin, and a soluble synthetic resin in 30:70 to 70:30 of weight ratio. The soluble synthetic resin is alkaline-soluble polyester.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of composite textured yarn having improved absorption coefficient is provided to solve a problem related to deterioration of a hollow rate due to heat during a weaving and a dyeing processes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of composite textured yarn having improved absorption coefficient includes a step for manufacturing hollow fiber and general fiber to interlace yarn or air textured yarn. A hollow ratio of the hollow fiber is 35 ~ 50%. The hollow fiber and the general fiber are included to the yarn with a ratio of 70 : 30 ~ 40 : 60. The hollow fiber is comprised of an elution compound part and a SIS component part. The elution compound part is alkali easy rendering polyester. The SIS component part includes a SIS component of 98 ~ 99 weight% and the elution compound part of 1 ~ 2 weight%.

Abstract: PURPOSE: False twist conjugate yarn is made into poly trimethylene terephthalate filament. The false twist yarn has excellent stain resistance, bulkiness, drapability and texture. A method for manufacturing the false twist yarn is capable of not having residual torque, giving super crimp, preventing snarl and inclination of yarn and increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the false twist conjugate yarn is as follows: drawing two groups of the poly trimethylene terephthalate filaments; false-twisting the filaments groups with an S-Z simultaneous false twisting disc; and then confounding the false twist conjugate yarn.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating compact air textured finished yarn is provided to improve the uniformity of a loop and to prevent leakage of filler such as mortar filled in a zona fibrosa. CONSTITUTION: A compact air textured finished yarn expresses a loop(7,15) on the surfae by passing a core yarn(11) and sheath yarn(13) through a texturing device. The physical properties of the core yarn and sheath yarn are different. The core yarn is formed of polyethylene teraphthalate yarn(PET yarn) of high strength. The sheath yarn is formed of potential crimpled yarn of PET and polytrimethylene terephthalate(PTT). A method for fabricating the compact air textured yarn comprises: a step of supplying the core yarn from a first godet roller and the sheath yarn from a second godet roller; a step of passing the core yarn and sheath yarn through the air texturing device and forming a compact air textured finished yarn; and a step of passing the air textured finished yarn through a heater for thermal treatment.
