Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombinant vector for removing a chromosome specific site and a method for removing a chromosome specific site in a microorganism using the same. SOLUTION: The recombinant vector for removing a chromosome specific site includes a promotor induced by arabinose, a promoter induced by rhamnose, a gene encoding a protein participating in a lambda (λ)-red recombination, and a gene encoding an I-SceI restriction enzyme, and continuously removes a specific gene in a microorganism more simply and quickly than an existing method without leaving a selection marker. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cell for a solid oxide fuel cell improving diffusion performance of a fuel gas and increasing strength reinforcement and current collection efficiency. SOLUTION: The battery cell for the solid oxide fuel cell 100 consisting of a fuel electrode 20 and an air electrode 30 which are formed respectively in contact with both sides of an electrolyte layer 10, has a hollow part formed on the fuel electrode 20. By utilizing the hollow part as an effective gas diffusion passage 23, diffusion performance of the fuel gas is improved to reduce loss due to diffusion resistance, and the performance of the fuel cell is improved. The hollow part is utilized as a strength reinforcement hole 25, and by inserting a strength reinforcement member 26 in the strength reinforcement hole, a mechanical strength that supports the fuel electrode 20 and the battery cell for solid oxide fuel cell is provided. The hollow part is utilized as a current collection hole 27, and by inserting a current collection member 28 in the current collection hole, a current collection layer 29 is formed to improve current collection efficiency.
