Abstract: A lateral insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) with a low turn-on overshoot current is provided to reduce a peak value of a current flowing through a device during turn-on of a second gate pulse while preventing a current capability and a withstand voltage capability from being degraded. The lateral IGBT includes: a buried oxygen arranged on a P-type substrate, an N-type drift region arranged on the buried oxygen, on which a P-type body region and an N-type buffer region are arranged, a P-type collector region arranged in the N-type buffer region, a field oxide layer arranged above the N-type drift region, a P-type well region arranged in the P-type body region, and a P-type emitter region and an emitter region arranged in the P-type well region, where inner boundaries of the foregoing 4 regions are synchronously recessed to form a pinch-off region. A gate oxide layer is arranged on a surface of the P-type body region, and a polysilicon gate is arranged on the gate oxide layer. The polysilicon gate includes a first gate located above the surface of the P-type body region and a second gate located above the pinch-off region and the N-type drift region. The first gate is connected to a first gate resistor, and the second gate is connected to a second gate resistor.

Abstract: In Intelligent Vehicle Infrastructure Cooperative Systems (IVICS), a high-precision vehicle positioning method utilizing Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) is proposed. Owing to remarkable wide band of radio signal, this UWB-based positioning method shows excellent anti-interference capability and multi-path immunity, which are essential for achieving high precision in practical traffic scenario. In this approach, several UWB nodes are deliberately deployed at the crossing with the help of roadside infrastructure in IVICS. Meanwhile, an algorithm aiming at Non Line of Sight (NLOS) error compensation is developed to improve the positioning performance. In a word, this method has been demonstrated the potential to achieve accurate, reliable, continuous and integrated localization.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a care robot controller, which includes: a controller body that includes slide rails, finger slot sliders and a joystick, wherein the finger slot sliders are movably arranged on the slide rails and configured to receive pressing, and the joystick is configured to control the care robot; a gesture parsing unit configured to parse three-dimensional gestures of the controller body, and control the care robot to perform corresponding actions when the three-dimensional gestures of the controller body are in line with preset gestures; and a tactile sensing unit configured to sense the pressing received by the finger slot sliders and initiate a user mode corresponding to the pressing information, so that the controller body provides corresponding vibration feedback. Thus the user can control the controller efficiently and conveniently, the control accuracy is improved, and effective man-machine interaction is realized.

Abstract: A method for decoupling an angular velocity in a transfer alignment process under a dynamic deformation includes: (1) generating, by a trajectory generator, information about an attitude, a velocity, and a position of a main inertial navigation system and an output of an inertial device, and simulating a bending deformation angle {right arrow over (θ)} between the main inertial navigation system and a slave inertial navigation system and a bending deformation angular velocity {right arrow over (ω)}θ by using second-order Markov; (2) decomposing the dynamic deformation into a vibration deformation and a bending deformation, and establishing an angular velocity model under the dynamic deformation of a wing; (3) deducing an error angle Δ{right arrow over (ϕ)} between the main inertial navigation system and the slave inertial navigation system; and (4) deducing an expression Δ{right arrow over (ω)} of a coupling error angular velocity, and applying that to an angular velocity matching process of transfer alignment to improve the precision of the transfer alignment.

Abstract: A high energy efficiency switched-capacitor power converter includes the transmission gates T1-T7, the capacitors C1-C4, the load capacitor CL, and resistors, PMOS tubes and NMOS tubes. The power converter converts a stable input voltage of 3V into an output voltage of 1V by means of charge transfer. In the state of timing sequence 1, the on-chip capacitor C1, the capacitor C2 and the load capacitor CL are charged in series. In the state of timing sequence 2, the capacitor C1 and the capacitor C2 are connected in parallel to the capacitor CL to supplement the charge loss due to load for the capacitor CL. When the establishment is completed, the voltages across the capacitor C1, the capacitor C2, and the capacitor CL are basically the same. At this time, the voltage drop across the switch tube approximates 0 V during the charge transfer process.

Abstract: Disclosed is a passive wireless device for microfluidic detection of multi-level droplets. A primary inductor channel and a secondary inductor channel each comprise two layers of inductance coils, and the inductance coils of the primary inductor channel and the secondary inductor channel are alternately arranged in each layer. A double-resonance circuit is formed after a liquid conductive material is injected. A first part of a detection channel is disposed between a primary capacitor channel, and a second part of a detection channel is disposed between a secondary capacitor channel. A reading device is used to read a resonant frequency of the double-resonance circuit, and perform detection according to the resonant frequency to obtain information of a corresponding first droplet group and/or second droplet group.

Abstract: A dual-filter-based transfer alignment method under dynamic deformation. A dynamic deformation angle generated under dynamic deformation and a coupling angle between dynamic deformation and body motion will reduce the accuracy of transfer alignment; and a transfer alignment filter is divided into two parts, the first part estimates a bending deformation angle and the coupling angle, and uses an attitude matching method, and the second part estimates a dynamic lever arm, and uses a “speed plus angular speed” matching method.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an embedded urban design scene emulation method and system. The method includes the following steps: constructing a status quo urban three-dimensional model scene according to collected oblique photography data; loading a three-dimensional model of urban design to a scene, and extracting geometric attributes for generation of buildings; unifying a space coordinate system of models and scenes, and automatically determining a space matching degree by taking buildings as a basic unit, and marking matched buildings with Y and mismatched buildings with N for distinction; for a region with the buildings marked with N, performing a local flattening operation in a three-dimensional model scene of oblique photography to flatten stereo data; for a region with the buildings marked with Y, performing real-time space editing in the three-dimensional model of urban design to hide the marked buildings; and opening two sets of processed space data to implement mosaic display. The present invention can conveniently embed a three-dimensional model of urban design into a status quo three-dimensional model of oblique photography for scene emulation, and provides technical and method supports for digital presentation and management of urban design achievements.

Abstract: A wearable upper limb rehabilitation training robot with precise force control includes a wearable belt, a multi-degree-of-freedom robot arm, and a control box. The robot is worn on the waist of a person by using a belt, and driven by active actuators, to implement active and passive rehabilitation training in such degrees of freedom as adduction/abduction/anteflexion/extension of left and right shoulder joints and anteflexion/extension of left and right elbow joints. In addition, a force/torque sensor is mounted on a tip of the robot arm, to obtain a force between the tip of the robot arm and the human hand during rehabilitation training as a feedback signal, to adjust an operating state of the robot, thereby realizing the precise force control during the rehabilitation training.
