PURPOSE: A composition containing glucoceramide and 7,8,4'-trihydroxyisoflavone is provided to suppress lipid peroxidation and collagenase expression and to promote collagen biosynthesis. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition for anti-aging contains 0.001-25 wt% of glucoceramide and 0.0001-20 wt% of 7,8,4'-trihdyroxyisoflavone. Glucoceramide is derived from black soybean. The composition suppresses lipid peroxidation and collagen expression. The composition improves anti-wrinkling and skin elasticity. The external use skin composition is manufactured in the form of skin softener, an astringent, a lotion, an eye cream, a massage cream, a cleansing cream, a cleansing foam, a powder, an essence, a pack, or an ointment. PURPOSE: Novel Lactobacillus plantarum APsulloc 331269 is provided to ensure excellent bile acid resistance, and to highly reach intestine. CONSTITUTION: Lactobacillus plantarum APsulloc 331269(deposit number: KCCM11182P) is isolated from Camellia sinensis leaves. A strain of the Lactobacillus plantarum APsulloc 331269 has acid resistance at pH 2.5-4.0 for 0.5-5 hours. The strain has bile acid resistance and produces lactic acid. A composition contains the strain or a culture medium thereof. The composition is a fermented food composition.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.01-20.0 weight% of green tea polysaccharide and Tricholoma matsutake extract in a mixture ratio of 1.0:10.0-10.0:1.0 as an active ingredient. The green tea polysaccharide is prepared by extracting green tea leaves at 80-90°C, concentrating, filtering to remove impurities, adding ethanol by dropwise, and performing hot wind drying.
