이와같은 본 고안은 음식물 쓰레기의 투입을 위한 도어가 구비되고, 일측에 내부 공기의 순환을 위한 배출구 및 유입구가 형성되고, 내부에 바이오칩이 채워지는 직립형 챔버와; 상기 챔버내에 수직으로 상하 양단부가 베어링에 의해 회전자재하게 축설되는 회전축이 구비되는 이송스크류와; 전원을 공급받고 작동하여 상기 이송스크류에 회전력을 전달하는 모터와; 상기 이송스크류의 외부에 구비되어 상기 이송스크류가 화전하면 상기 바이오칩이 내부에서 상방향으로 이동하고, 외측에서 상기 바이오칩이 하측 방향으로 이동되도록 절개된 입구가 하측에 형성되어 상기 챔버의 하부에 고정되고 상단부가 개방된 안내원통과; 상기 배출구를 통해 상기 챔버 내의 공기를 유입받고 악취를 제거하여 상기 유입구로 배출하는 탈취수단;으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안에 따르면; 챔버에 직립의 상태로 이송스크류를 챔버 내에 설치하여 회전시켜 음식물 쓰레기와 바이오칩을 상하로 순환시켜 혼합시키고, 가이드바아를 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기가 일측에만 쏠리는 것을 방지하여 고르게 분산시켜 주어 미생물의 자연분해 효율을 극대화하는 효과가 있다.
