CONSTITUTION: A clutch(120) selectively delivers the power of a motor to a rotating tub or a pulsator. A base plate(160) fixes the clutch and the motor. A suspension member connects the base plate and an upper side of a cabinet. The suspension member absorbs the vibration generated in the rotating tub. The washing water is stored inside the rotating tub in a laundry process. The washing water is not stored outside the rotating tub.
