Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method for correcting a continuous plane of a metal sheet with double curvature are provided to simultaneously and continuously correct vertical and horizontal curvatures of a metal sheet. CONSTITUTION: A device for correcting a continuous plane of a metal sheet with double curvature comprises multiple roll sets(610,620). The roll sets are composed of multiple rolls(630). One roll set is not at right angles to the other roll set. The roll sets are arranged at an upward angle or a downward angle. The adjacent roll sets have double curvature.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a large 3D structure is provided to enable to manufacture the large 3D structure by dividing data of the large structure into a size possible to make at a rapid prototyping device and laminating the divided data. CONSTITUTION: A 3D shape data about a 3D(Dimensional) structure is obtained(S210). The 3D shape data is transformed to a size wanting to manufacture(S220). A 3D structure data of the transformed size is sliced to horizontal direction with thickness which is able to mold using a rapid prototyping device(S230). The sliced data is divided into the size which is able to mold using the rapid prototyping device(S240). A junction shape is added in the divided data(S250). Sliced parts are manufactured using the rapid prototyping device according to the divided data(S260). A sliced member makes the sliced parts to be laminated according to the junction shape(S280).

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for fabricating a barrier rib for a plasma display panel are provided to progress the filling of a photo curable paste, the pressing by a soft mold, the curing by an ultraviolet ray, and the deformation of the soft mold consecutively. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fabricating a barrier rib for a plasma display panel includes a transparent cylinder(410), a detachable soft mold(420), a support unit(430), a paste supply unit, a translation unit(460), and an ultraviolet irradiation unit(450). The soft mold is fixed along the boundary surface of the cylinder. The soft mold has the shape opposite to the barrier rib on the surface exposed to the outside. The support unit rotatably supports the cylinder. The paste supply unit is combined in one end of the support unit. The paste supply unit supplies the photo curable paste for forming the barrier rib to be filled inside the soft mold. The translation unit is installed in the support unit or substrate(500). The translation unit translates the cylinder or substrate. The ultraviolet ray irradiation unit irradiates the ultraviolet ray to the photo curable paste of the barrier rib shape formed on the substrate by the photo curable paste filled in the soft mold by rotating while the cylinder is closely adhered to the substrate by the translation unit. The ultraviolet ray irradiation unit is installed in the cylinder.

Abstract: A mold having a cooling channel with a mesh structure, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to cool a high temperature thermoplastic material made into an injection-molded product, uniformly and to improve cooling efficiency thereof. A die(100) having a cooling channel with a mesh structure comprises a first mold(110), a second mold(120), and a plurality of cooling channels(150). The first mold has an injection-molding space(130) for making an injection-molded product, and made of a material with a specific strength so as to withstand thermal stress when contacting with a thermoplastic material of high temperature directly. The second mold is constructed from the material with a higher heat transfer rate than the first mold, to contact with one surface of the first mold, and to deliver heat of the first mold. The plural cooling channels are arranged crosswise relative to each other between contact surface of the first and second molds. A manufacturing method of the mold includes a step of arranging the plural cooling channels with the mesh structure at one surface of the first and second molds.

Abstract: A fabrication method of a barrier rib for a plasma display panel using a roll-forming process is provided to enhance resolution and reduce a manufacturing cost by forming the barrier rib having a closed structure. A concavo-convex part corresponding to a shape of a barrier rib is formed on an upper surface of a soft mold and a releasing agent is coated on the concavo-convex part(S420). Abstract: A rotary thermal tool and a machining apparatus using the rotary thermal tool are provided to easily remove a polymer melt by a heat emitting body by thermally decomposing or storing the melt polymer.
