    Abstract: PURPOSE:To sharply binarize a half tone character by providing an average density calculating means to calculate average density by two various weighting masks at least, edge amount calculating means to calculate an a edge amount from input picture data and average value mixing means to mix plural average values calculated by the various weighting masks corresponding to the edge amount in a facsimile or a digital copying machine, etc. CONSTITUTION:Multilevel picture data 100a such as read picture data, etc., from an original inputted from a picture data input part 100 are binarized by a binarizing processing part 200 as a pseudo half tone processing and outputted from a picture data output part 500 as a display picture or a printing object, etc. On the other hand, the input multilevel data 100a are inputted to an edge amount detection part 300 as well and by a control signal 400a from a binarizing control part 400 corresponding to the detected edge amount, mixture is controlled at a mixing part 9 in an average density calculation processing part 200a constituting the binarizing processing part 200. Then, binarizing at an edge part is made proper.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain effective binarization from a picture end part as the processing result entirely by employing an arithmetic means obtaining an average density for a prescribed area through the use of a binarized multi-value data near a noted picture element. CONSTITUTION:This processor is provided with an input means receiving a data of a noted picture element, a 1st arithmetic means 1 using a binarized data to obtain an average density for a prescribed area binarized already before the noted picture element, and a 2nd arithmetic means 10 using the binarized multi-value data near the noted picture element to obtain the average density for a prescribed area. Then a binarizing means 3 binarizing the data of the noted picture element based on a 2nd arithmetic means output, correction means 4, 5, 20, 21 correction an error generated at binarization of the noted picture element and data storage means 19, 20 storing the binarizing means output or the binarizing means output and the correction means output for a prescribed period are provided. Thus, even when the binarized binary data is not already in existence, the multi-value data of the same position is used to obtain an average density with weight and effective binarization is attained from the edge of a picture.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To apply accurate pseudo intermediate tone processing to an edge of a binarized picture in the serial scanning by using a multi-value data of the same position when no binary data exists to obtain a weighted mean value equivalently. CONSTITUTION:A binarizing processing section 102 is provided with a switching section 102b switching binary data 201, 202 for each picture element in the calculation of the average density, a mean density preservation section 102a comprising a mean density arithmetic processing section and an error diffusion processing section and a switching control section 102c. An analog picture signal read by the picture read section 100 is inputted to a quantization section 101, in which the signal is converted into a digital signal and it is subjected to known correction processing such as logarithmic transformation and shading correction and a data 200 used for the recording is obtained. The data 200 is inputted to the processing section 102, from which the data is outputted as a binarized signal 201 and a binary picture with pseudo intermediate tone is generated by an output section 103.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To record a modulated film picture, to which masking or trimming is arbitrarily executed, to the arbitrary position of a recording medium by monitoring the optical image of a film to be exposed through a monitor means and confirming the optical image state of the film when the optical image is image-formed on the recording medium through a modulating means. CONSTITUTION:The negative film picture is moved on an optical axis according to magnification, which is set by a zoom lens 4, and the optical image of the negative film picture according to the magnification is image-formed on recording paper 12 facing to the inside of an window on a bottom board 11 of a recorder. When a mask film 16 constituting the modulating means is held by holding means 16a-16d or 18a-18d, the modulated negative film picture is image- formed to the prescribed position. Thus, a negative film picture 13 to be image- formed on the recording paper 12 is projected and the image forming state is monitored by an optical monitor 9 to the user.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the formation and reformation of a three-dimensional object and the return to its original shape by adjusting the angle and dimension of the prescribed part of each driving unit via a prescribed driving member, controlling the shape of a linear part with plural driving units, folding a display screen and displaying optional three dimensional information. CONSTITUTION:Driving units 21 connect each other at their front and rear successively to form the linear part 25. The linear part is constituted of an expansion and contraction part 23, a bending part 24 and a heat insulating part 22. The straight part 25 consisting of plural driving units 21 is connected with the adjacent linear part 25 by a spacer 29 at the place of the bending part 24. The angle and dimension of the prescribed parts 22...24, 29 of a driving unit 24 are controlled via a prescribed driving member 20. The shape of the linear part 25 formed of plural driving units 21 is controlled and the display screen is folded to display an optional three dimensional object thereon. Thereby the formation and reformation of a three dimensional object and the return to its original shape can be facilitated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To accurately detect the rotating state of a vibration wave motor and to accurately control the rotating speed or angle by forming a rotation detector in a noncontact type using the interference of a light. CONSTITUTION:A light beam from a coherence light source 8 becomes a substantially parallel beam by a collimator lens 9, and is input to a beam splitter 10. Reflected and transmitted lights divided at the splitter are directed to a diffraction grating 7 as two beam through reflecting mirrors 111, 112. In this case, its incident angle thetam is expressed by a formula (I), where (m) is an integer, (lambda) is the wavelength of a coherent light source 8, and (p) is the lattice pitch of the grating 7. Assume that the total number of the lattices of the lattice 7 is 21600, 43200 of sine waves of twice as large as the total number of the gratings are obtained from a photodetector 12 by one revolution of a rotor 6. The output signal of the photodetector 12 is fed back to a driving circuit for a vibration wave motor to accurately control its speed or angle.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To use a storage capacity of pattern information efficiently by not storing undesired pattern data in response to the natural operation of an arm but reproducing only the required pattern information with fidelity. CONSTITUTION:With the storage mode selected by a mode setting device 5, the read pattern information is outputted to a contact perception display device 12 and stored sequentially in a storage circuit 13. When a camera part 1 is moved in a direction different from a read designation direction, the storage is blocked only to the location. An area photosensor 2 uses a clock pulse from a control section 7 to output an electric read signal by one frame one by one example. An A-D converter 9 converts it into a digital signal to obtain a series of frame data and a CPU 8 converts the frame data into a binary pattern data. Then the pattern data of the conversion section drives the display device 12. Thus, a blind person senses the 2-dimensional optical pattern information as a 3-dimensional vibration pattern.

CONSTITUTION:Layer patterns 6a and 6b of a conductive bonding agent are provided on a printed board 2 at locations for the fixation of bimorph elements 1 before the bimorph elements 1 are bonded to the layer patterns 6a and 6b for fixation. Simultaneously, the bimorph elements 1 are connected to a circuit on the printed board 2 through the layer patterns 6a and 6b. The simultaneous accomplishment of the fixation and connection of the bimorph elements 1 using a conductive bonding agent simplifies the manufacturing process, and the fixation and connection may be completed in a shorter period of time at a lower cost.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To easily perform connecting operation in a short time by connecting a bimorph element and a specific electrode on a substrate by a connecting member which has parallel electrodes provided in an insulating member at specific intervals equal to the array pitch of bimorph elements. CONSTITUTION: A flexible printed board 1 as the connecting member has striped connection electrodes 2 embedded in a base formed of a plastic film, etc., at the specific pitch(p). This pitch(p) is set equal to the fixed pitch of the bimorph elements 3. To connect a bimorph element 3 by using this connecting member, the flexible printed board 1 is arranged between the intermediate electrode 4 and driving electrode 6 of the bimorph element 3 arranged on a circuit board, and the driving electrode and a connection electrode 2, and the connection electrode 2 and an intermediate electrode 4 are only soldered. Consequently, it is not necessary to position jumper wires individually and repeat difficult soldering operation, and the bimorph elements 3 can easily be fixed to the circuit board 5.
