A method of manipulating bricks to produce a stack of bricks includes lifting bricks under reduced pressure from a feed zone, and depositing them in successive layers in a stacking zone. In this manner, a stack of bricks comprising a plurality of layers of bricks, is formed. A brick stacking installation is also provided.

An apparatus provided for orienting concrete blocks into a desired position comprises a pair of upper and lower turntables including respectively upper and lower block supporting surfaces. The lower supporting surface extends outwardly of, and below, the upper supporting surface. A stationary peripheral wall extends outwardly of the lower turntable and defines with the upper turntable and the lower supporting surface a gutter. The gutter is dimensioned to receive blocks therein in a substantially longitudinal orientation thereof. An outlet is provided at a downstream end of the gutter for allowing the substantially oriented blocks to be discharged from the apparatus. Therefore, concrete blocks, or the like, fed to the apparatus are received by the upper turntable, are then positioned in the gutter under the rotation of the upper and lower turntables, which typically rotate at different speeds, and are then discharged from the apparatus via the outlet.

본 고안은 중량물 인양 장치에 관한 것이며, 더욱 상세하게는 크레인을 사용할 수 없는 협소한 공간에서도 중량물을 용이하게 이동시킬 수 있는 중량물 인양 장치에 관한 것이며, 이를 위하여 길이 방향의 중심에 고정홀이 형성된 한 쌍의 지지 플레이트; 고정홀을 통과하여 고정되는 상기 유압램; 및 유압램에 형성된 안착부에 안착되는 볼 베어링;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물 인양 장치를 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A moving apparatus using the rise with air is provided to reduce the load applied to the moving apparatus by rising a body using air. CONSTITUTION: A moving apparatus(30) using the rise with air comprises a box type body(32) having a hollow space(31) therein; a suction unit(35) having a power generating unit(33) and a suction fan(34) to suck air to the hollow space; a ball receiving part(37) protruded at the bottom of the body; a ball(38) received in the ball receiving part; a ball guide(39) having a guide hole(40), smaller than the ball, formed at the bottom of the ball receiving part to prevent the separation of the ball; and an air discharge hole(41,42) discharging air at the ball receiving part to rise the body.

PURPOSE: A combination lifting and clamping device is provided which is used so as to efficiently pull up or transport materials such as various shaped tools or plates used at a production site of aircraft components in the safe conditions. CONSTITUTION: The combination lifting and clamping device comprises a first operation arm(100) at the upper part of which a handle(110) is formed so as to hold the materials when pulling up or transporting materials such as tools or plates, and on one side surface of which an insertion groove(120) is formed; a second operation arm(200) which is inserted and rotationally connected into the insertion groove(120) for the first operation arm; a first trigger which is rotationally connected into the insertion groove so as to fix materials; a second trigger which is rotationally connected into the insertion groove so as to release the fixing state of the first trigger; and spindles(700) which are movably connected to the lower part of the first and second operation arms(200), and equipped with swivel pads(710) oppositely cohered onto the material surface when pulling up or transporting the materials.

PURPOSE: A turnover device using rotary frame is provided to increase the application of a work space by minimizing the structure of a frame. CONSTITUTION: A turnover device using rotary frame comprises a frame(100), a turning driving part(110), a rotary frame(120), a support roller(130) and a stopper. The rotary frame is integrally fixed to the frame. The rotary frame is arranged on a rotary shaft(111) revolving with the turning driving part as center. The support roller is arranged on the lower part of rotary frame in order to connect with the outer circumference of the rotary frame. The stopper is inserted in the rotary frame to form one or more grooves. The stopper clinches the location of the rotary frame. The stopper is included of the cylinder transferring fixture to the groove of the rotary frame.

본 고안은 출측시어에서 절단된 코일 샘플을 자동으로 채취하여 이송 플랫으로 이송할 수 있도록 하여 코일 샘플의 이송시간을 단축함과 아울러 일인으로도 작업이 가능하게 하고, 후물소재 작업시 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 코일 샘플링 이송장치에 관한 것으로, 출측시어와 일정한 간격을 두고 설치면에 지지되는 프레임 본체와; 상기한 프레임 본체에 설치되어 이 프레임 본체의 좌,우 방향을 따라서 수평으로 이동되기 위한 수평 이동부재와; 상기한 프레임 본체의 일측면에 결합되어 제어부에서 자동 또는 수동으로 조작 가능하게 제어되고 이송 스크류에 의하여 수평 이동부재를 직선 이동시켜 줄 수 있도록 이송 스크류를 정,역방향으로 회전시켜 주기 위한 구동모터와; 상기한 수평 이동부재의 하부에 제공되고 업다운 실린더에 의하여 프레임 본체의 수직 방향으로 이동되기 위한 수직 이동부재와; 상기한 수직 이동부재의 하부에는 공기흡입기와 연결되고 공기흡입기에서 흡입되는 공기의 흡입력에 의하여 출측시어에서 절단된 코일 샘플을 흡착하기 위한 흡착부재를 포함한다.
