Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing deflection of strip in pickling tank is provided to solve problems generated due to deflection of the strip by moving the strip to the center of squeeze rolls through which the strip passes to be proceeded, thereby correcting deflection of the strip. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a sensing part positioned at an output side of mixed acid tank of strip pickling line to sense the deflecting state of the strip discharged from the mixed acid tank; and a correction part comprising a vertical frame(31) at which supporting blocks(30) for supporting both ends of central shaft of lower squeeze roll(105) at the output side of the mixed acid tank are installed in such a way that the supporting blocks are liftable and lowerable, and a vertical cylinder(32) installed at a lower part of the vertical frame and connected to the supporting blocks to lift and lower both of the supporting blocks, wherein the strip is moved by alternately moving axial lines of the squeeze rolls(104,105) positioned upper and lower parts of the strip according to signals of the sensing part, wherein the sensing part comprises base frame(10), rail members(11), moving block(12), transfer screw shaft(13), driving motor(15), movable shaft, cylindrical fixed member, sensing roll, PLG, in sensor and out sensor, and sensing element, and wherein the apparatus further comprises a spray part comprising spray chute(40), cooling pipe, mixed acid injection pipe, and injection nozzle to promote acid reaction of the surface of the strip and prevent staining by preventing early drying of the strip.

Abstract: 본 고안은 출측시어에서 절단된 코일 샘플을 자동으로 채취하여 이송 플랫으로 이송할 수 있도록 하여 코일 샘플의 이송시간을 단축함과 아울러 일인으로도 작업이 가능하게 하고, 후물소재 작업시 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 코일 샘플링 이송장치에 관한 것으로,
출측시어와 일정한 간격을 두고 설치면에 지지되는 프레임 본체와;
상기한 프레임 본체에 설치되어 이 프레임 본체의 좌,우 방향을 따라서 수평으로 이동되기 위한 수평 이동부재와; 상기한 프레임 본체의 일측면에 결합되어 제어부에서 자동 또는 수동으로 조작 가능하게 제어되고 이송 스크류에 의하여 수평 이동부재를 직선 이동시켜 줄 수 있도록 이송 스크류를 정,역방향으로 회전시켜 주기 위한 구동모터와; 상기한 수평 이동부재의 하부에 제공되고 업다운 실린더에 의하여 프레임 본체의 수직 방향으로 이동되기 위한 수직 이동부재와; 상기한 수직 이동부재의 하부에는 공기흡입기와 연결되고 공기흡입기에서 흡입되는 공기의 흡입력에 의하여 출측시어에서 절단된 코일 샘플을 흡착하기 위한 흡착부재를 포함한다.
