Abstract:
In an elevator control device in which, when a verified person is authenticated as a registered person by an person authentication device, a security gate is opened to enable the movement into an elevator hall, even when a user cannot ride on an assigned car for some reason after passing through the security gate, the user is enabled to use an elevator, and convenience can be prevented from becoming poor. For this purpose, a hall destination floor registration device is provided in the elevator hall so that the user who is present in the hall registers his/her destination floor. A destination call is always registered automatically interlocking with the security gate, and when a predetermined condition is met, the destination floor registration of user made using the hall destination floor registration device is validated.
Abstract:
An elevator group supervision controlling apparatus has a response time predicting means, a passenger movement estimating means, a standby time predicting means, a candidate car selecting means, an allocating means, and an instructing means. The response time predicting means predicts response time to a car call from a remote call registering apparatus for respective cars. The passenger movement estimating means estimates passenger moving time based on a positional relationship between the remote call registering apparatus and a landing. The standby time predicting means predicts the standby times of each of the cars based on the response time and the passenger moving time. The candidate car selecting means includes cars for which standby time is shorter than a predetermined time interval in candidate cars, and excludes cars for which standby time is greater than or equal to the predetermined time interval from the candidate cars. The allocating means decides an allocated car from among the candidate cars if at least one of the cars has been included in the candidate cars. The instructing means generates an informing instruction to communicate to the remote call registering apparatus reinput requesting information that recommends an input operation at the landing call registering apparatus if all of the cars are excluded from the candidate cars.

Abstract:
A control system for elevators is provided with a landing call registration device provided at each of landing floors so as to be operable thereat, a landing call automatic registration portion for setting that one of the landing floors at which the landing call registration device is operated as a car call floor and registering a car call to stop one of cars at the car call floor, a response selection portion for selecting that one of elevator apparatuses which responds to a registered car call as a selected elevator, a passenger traveling time period calculation portion for setting that one of elevator doorways of the selected elevator which is provided at the car call floor as a selected doorway and calculating a passenger traveling time period corresponding to the selected doorway, and an opening/closing control portion for controlling the opening/closing operation of the selected doorway based on information from the selected elevator and information from the passenger traveling time period calculation portion. When the selected doorway is already in a door-open state at the time of registration of the car call, the opening/closing control portion continues to hold the selected doorway in the door-open state until the passenger traveling time period elapses after registration of the car call.
Abstract:
A method for tracking the position of an elevator and remote-controlling the elevator is provided. According to embodiments of the present invention, the method can track the position of an elevator using a GPS, thereby informing a user of the time required to reach a desired destination. Also, the method can remote-control the elevator.

Abstract:
An elevator management and control device for selecting an elevator car when a landing call registration device is away from a landing, where the selection is made by taking user's walk time and the number of floors the elevator serves into account. The elevator management and control device has a walk time estimation means (9) for estimating the time required for a passenger to reach a landing, a prediction and calculation means (10) for predicting and calculating a time in which each elevator car (2) can reach the landing, a waiting time conversion means (11) for converting the difference between the predicted time before arrival of the car (2) that is predicted and calculated by the prediction and calculation means (10) and the estimated walk time into real waiting time or loss time, an evaluation value calculation means (12) for calculating an evaluation value increasing with an increase in real waiting time or loss time, an allocation means (13) for determining a car, as an allocated car, whose evaluation value calculated by the evaluation value calculation means (12) is minimum, an operation control means (15) for instructing the allocated car to move to the floor for which the call is registered, and a door opening/closing means (14) not opening a door (2) of the allocated car until the estimated walk time has passed after the door is opened.
