Abstract: A desalination system for removing at least a substantial amount of salt from a saltwater. In at least one embodiment, the desalination system may inject the saltwater with one or more ionized gases for removing contaminants from the saltwater. The desalination system may include one or more ionized gas generators for generating one or more ionized gases to be mixed with the saltwater. The desalination system may inject a disinfectant into the saltwater to disinfect the saltwater. The desalination system may generate one or more disinfectants from saltwater using a disinfectant generator. In at least one embodiment, the disinfectant generator may separate disinfectants from saltwater using electrolysis.

Abstract: A water treatment system includes an ozone generator combined with an electrolytic chlorine generator in a compact, efficient and serviceable assembly. The system may include a modular and replaceable ozone generator, which allows a damaged or non-functional ozone generator to be quickly and efficiently replaced. In order to protect the ozone generator from damage, a fail-safe drain valve assembly may also be provided which will expel backflowing pool water before it is allowed to backflow into the ozone generator. The water treatment system may further include an insulated electrolytic chlorine generator that mitigates or eliminates current leakage for efficient operation.

Abstract: An automated produced water treatment system that injects ozone or an ozone-oxygen mixture upstream of produced water separators, with the dose rate changing dynamically as the produced water quality changes, as determined by continuous monitoring of the produced water quality by a plurality of sensors that detect water quality parameters in real time. The system may operate as a “slipstream” injection system, that draws a portion of produced water from the produced water pipeline and injects ozone or an ozone-oxygen mixture back into the pipeline with disrupting or slowing normal operations. Disinfectants or other additives may also be injected. The treatment system may be wholly or partially contained in mobile containers or trailers, for on-the-fly use in existing produced water treatment facilities.

This kind of configuration is such that even when water droplets adhere to the high voltage electrode, the water droplets are blown away by a pressure of the gas flow formed by the blowing device, and a spark discharge is restricted.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a water containing permanganate ions that exist stably over a long period of time and a method for producing the water. A water containing permanganate ions of the present invention as a means for resolution is produced by dissolving 0.1 μM to 1 mM of a divalent manganese compound, 0.1 μM to 1 mM of an organic iron compound, and 1 to 300 mM of an inorganic salt in a water with ozone-microbubbles generated using an ozone gas at a concentration of 1 to 300 g/Nm3. The half-life of permanganate ions of the water containing permanganate ions of the present invention is 3 months or longer, for example, when the water filled in an airtight container under atmospheric pressure is stored under a temperature condition of 40° C., and has significantly different properties from a water containing permanganate ions that is produced by dissolving a permanganate compound in water, although the two waters share a common point of containing permanganate ions.
