PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device 1 capable of manually operating a hatch of an automobile in parallel to automatic operation of the hatch, and capable of securing force for holding the opened hatch in the opened state. SOLUTION: The driving device is provided with a first housing part 2 capable of being connected to a stationary structure part or a movable structure part; a second housing part 3; a third housing part 4 capable of being connected to the movable structure part inserted into the second housing part 3 so as to telescopically slide or the stationary structure part; and a spindle drive equipped with a spindle 22 with a screw and a spindle nut 23 arranged in the spindle 22 with the screw, and capable of being driven so as to axially move the third housing part 4 in such a manner of opposing to the second housing part 3 with a rotary drive body 7; and a brake device 12. An opening and closing body control apparatus includes: first signal receiving means (12) receiving a first detection signal indicating the presence or absence of contact of a user with an operating portion of an opening and closing body (10); second signal receiving means (14) receiving a second detection signal indicating a movement speed of the body; and signal output means outputting a control signal regulating a holding force of the body to a holding force regulating device (24), wherein the control signal regulating the holding force to a first holding force less than a second holding force is output to the device according to the first detection signal indicating that the contact has been detected, and when the second detection signal indicating that the movement speed body is greater than or equal to a predetermined speed is received when the holding force is the first holding force, the control signal regulating the holding force to the first holding force is output to the device regardless of the first detection signal.

A brake-equipped retracting device (3) returns a liquid crystal display device (1) from a deployed position (1B) to a stored position (1A) using an elastic returning force of a spiral spring (18) that is wound up when the liquid crystal display device (1) is opened by the rotational force of a motor. A braking force for preventing the liquid crystal display device (1) from returning with too much force is applied to an input shaft (17a) of a reducer by having a rope (21) whose tensile force increases and decreases in relation to the opening and closing of the liquid crystal display device (1) be wound around a slip clutch (15) that is connected to the input shaft (17a). In emergency situations such as when the rope (21) breaks, a centrifugal grip (53) of a rotation-restraining mechanism (50) strikes an engagement notch surface (56b) on a fixed side, and the rotation of the input shaft (17a) is forcibly halted. A retracting device for a liquid crystal display device comprising a braking device that has a simple structure, is reliable, is highly safe, and is low in cost can be realized.

A process for operating a control system (1) for a door (2) in a rail-mounted transport means (3) is disclosed, as well as a door control system (1). The door (2) can be controlled within its force limits in that a value measured by at least one acceleration sensor (5) which measures an acceleration of the rail-mounted transport means (3), and/or by an inclination sensor (6) which measures the gradient (α) and/or inclination (β) of the rail-mounted transport means (3) is analysed. The door (2) can thus be operated independently of the state of the transport means (3) with an optimum driving force (FA), without exceeding a maximum admissible closing force (FSK,max) in any state of the door (2).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for braking the rotation of a drive shaft of the leaf of a high-speed door. The inventive device consists of a flange (17) which is rotated by a shaft comprising several cavities (19), each of said cavities being equipped with a wall which supports a flyweight (18) in the operating condition and which is inclined in relation to the axis of rotation of the flange by an angle of less than 90°. Moreover, each cavity comprises a proximal end which is located close to the axis of rotation of the flange and a distal end which is located at a distance from said axis of rotation. According to the invention, each flyweight (18) moves in a cavity between a position whereby the shaft operates at normal speed, in which the flyweight is disposed in a zone comprising the proximal end of the cavity (19), and a position whereby the operating speed of the shaft (4) exceeds a pre-determined threshold, in which the flyweight (18) is disposed in a zone comprising the distal end of the cavity and actuates means for braking the rotation of the shaft.
