    Abstract: A load accumulator for a cellular base station antenna includes a plurality of input terminals configured to receive a plurality of input voltages, a plurality of output terminals configured to be coupled to a respective plurality of tower top equipment and configured to supply output voltages to the tower top equipment, a plurality of switches coupled to respective ones of the plurality of input terminals and the plurality of output terminals; a voltage sensor coupled to at least one input terminal of the plurality of input terminals and configured to sense a level of one of the plurality of input voltages received at the at least one input terminal, a supplemental input terminal configured to receive a supplemental voltage, and a control logic coupled to the voltage sensor and to the plurality of switches and configured to detect that the supply voltage supplied to the at least one input terminal has fallen below a threshold voltage, and in response to detecting that the supply voltage supplied to the at least one of the plurality of input terminals has fallen below the threshold voltage, to supply the supplemental voltage to a respective one of the plurality of output terminals.

    Abstract: A cable distribution assembly includes: a housing having a first side and a second side, wherein a plurality of bores extend through the housing from the first side to the second side; a plurality of furcation tubes inserted into the bores at the second side of the housing; a trunk cable comprising a jacket and a plurality of optical fibers, wherein one or more of the optical fibers are threaded through the bores and into the furcation tubes; a spacer adjacent the first side of the housing and the cable jacket, the spacer creating space in which the optical fibers are routed from the trunk cable to the bores at the first side of the housing; and a cover that covers the spacer and at least partially covers the trunk cable and the first side of the housing.

    Abstract: A cable spool includes first and second curved flanges extending radially outwardly from first and second axial ends of a drum. The flanges have outer edges that cooperate to define an annular slot providing access to a passageway surrounding the drum. The slot has a width that is less than half the height of the drum. A cable is wrapped around the drum. A closure having an environmentally sealed interior may receive an end of the cable. A second cable can be deployed from a second spool and coupled to the end of the cable within the closure. The second spool can be mounted with the cable spool. A cover can be placed over the spools for aesthetic or protection reasons.

    Abstract: Abstract A system is provided for adjusting power provided over a channel to a device. The system can include power sourcing equipment and a sub-system. The power sourcing equipment can provide power to a powered device via a channel. The sub system can determine an amount by which to increase the power based on a resistance of the channel. The power sourcing equipment or the powered device can adjust the power (or load) in response to a command from the sub-system. The sub-system can include at least one measurement device and a processor. The measurement device can measure an output voltage of the power sourcing equipment, an input voltage of the powered device, and a current on the channel. The processor can determine the resistance of the channel based on the output voltage, the input voltage, and the current. The processor can output a command specifying an increase or decrease in the level of power supplied by the power sourcing equipment.

    Abstract: A fiber optic cassette includes a housing with a base and a cover. The base defines an open front between first and second sidewalls, which transition into first and second curved rear wall portions. The first and second curved rear wall portions define an adapter mount therebetween forming at least one pocket. A signal entry location defined by at least one MPO adapter is positioned within the pocket and defines an exterior port and an interior port. A fiber optic cable connectorized by an MPO format connector is mated to the exterior port. An adapter block defining a plurality of second fiber optic adapters is mounted to the base via a first snap-fit interlock to close the open front, each second fiber optic adapter including an exterior port and an interior port. An MPO format connector is mated to the interior port of the MPO format adapter and terminates a plurality of fibers that are terminated at opposite ends with connectors that are mated to the interior ports of the second fiber optic adapters, wherein each fiber extending from the adapter mount to the second fiber optic adapters being the same length and relaying the fiber optic signal to fiber optic connectors to be coupled to the exterior ports of the adapters of the adapter block.
