Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for measuring tension in a lashing strap, comprising a securing device fore securing a spring element, an elastically deformable spring element (11, 23), secured by the securing device and on which a section of the lashing strap can apply a force and can elastically deform the spring element (11, 23), the ends (13a, 13b) of the spring element (11, 23) being moved closer to each other when the tensioning force is increased, and an electronic sensor unit. Said sensor unit comprises a sensor arrangement (25) which measures the deflection of the spring element (23) and generates a data signal, and a transmitter for transmitting the data signal to a receiving unit. The sensor arrangement (25) is arranged at the ends of the spring element (23). The sensor unit can also be used for documenting the tension measurement values.
Abstract:
Disclosed embodiments relate to an attachment and an apparatus for lifting heavy loads by a lifting device in the form of a sling or strap. The attachment can be produced inexpensively and has a sufficient load bearing capacity with a low material requirement. The attachment comprises a contact part, which has a contact section with a length, measured in the longitudinal direction of the attachment, which corresponds to at least the width of the lifting device, the contact section having a contact surface on which, during practical use, the lifting device rests, and two attachment sections of which in each case one is integrally formed on one of the ends of the contact section and which are provided for attaching a hoist for coupling the attachment to a lifting apparatus.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (1) at a winch (2) for a reelable pulling member (3), such as, for instance, a strap for providing tightening and locking of said pulling member (3). According to the invention, an advance mechanism (4) to provide advancement of a winding shaft (5) of said pulling member (3) comprises an actuatable eccentrically mounted rotation part (6) rotatably mounted at an angle or parallel to the winding shaft (5) of said advance mechanism (4).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a textile protective tube for a lifting means, such as a round sling (1), a lifting sling, or the like, which comprises a base fabric (4) and at least one rib (5) that is supported by the base fabric (4), protrudes outward relative the base fabric (4), and is formed by a rib fiber (H1, H2) that is woven with the base fabric (4), wherein optimized cutting protection is achieved along with good usage properties and simple, low cost manufacturability according to the invention as a result of the rib fiber (H1, H2) being a high-performance fiber and, viewed in the longitudinal direction (L) of the rib fiber (H1, H2), the rib fiber (H1, H2) having jumped over at least three weft threads (6,6a-6l) of the base fabric (4) in each case before the rib fiber is pulled under a weft thread (6) of the base fabric.
