Abstract: 본 발명은 표시 장치 및 그 구동 장치에 관한 것으로서, 복수의 데이터선을 포함하는 표시 장치를 구동하는 장치는, 기준 전압을 생성하는 DC/DC 컨버터, 스위칭 신호에 따라 DC/DC 컨버터로부터의 기준 전압과 외부로부터의 테스트 전압 중 어느 하나를 출력하는 스위칭부, 스위칭부로부터의 출력 전압을 받아 복수의 계조 전압을 생성하는 계조 전압 생성부, 그리고 계조 전압 생성부로부터의 계조 전압을 선택하여 데이터 신호로서 데이터선에 인가하는 데이터 구동부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면 기준 전압과 테스트 전압을 스위칭하는 스위칭부를 액정 표시 장치 내에 구비함으로써 별도의 테스트 장비나 별도의 구동 장치를 사용하지 않고 데이터선의 시험을 수행할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 용이하게 데이터선의 불량 여부를 확인할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method is provided to reduce the size of a contact hole pattern and increase resolution of the contact hole pattern by increasing the width of edge patterns and reducing the size of an internal opening. The viscosity varying tank(100) heats the photoresist and evaporates solvent in the photoresist. The hot and viscous photoresist in the viscosity varying tank(100) is cooled by the cooling unit(120) and then supplied onto the wafer(62) through the second supply hose(132).
